The restaurants derive is pretty slow and they don’t seem to know how to multitask. Took 20+ minutes to get drinks and over 45 minutes to get food multiple nights

The only thing I did not like was, the wait time when I requested replacement of items like towels to the room. That took longer than expected.

The guest service staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and a beautiful atmosphere.

The restaurants are not accommodating after 8:30pm. We waited for 2hrs two nights in a row for food. Not to mention the food was cold and one night I didn’t receive my order. The kitchen literally threw my food together in less than five minutes. Last but not least there were roaches in the bathroom.

The food was subpar and the drinks were watered down. If you're a tequila drinker like myself, bring your own. The price is double in Jamaica.

Worth having AC within the gym - it was pretty toasty! Cocktails were generally really sugary

Resort is really spacious and lots of different areas to explore whether you want something more relaxed or more lively. Lots of different options for food too - breakfast was in particular really good and enjoyed the seaside grill restaurant. A couple of reviews mention unfriendly staff: we personally did not find this, all staff were very friendly and accommodating around the resort.

The rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms that look to be rusted and mildewing. The food was hit or miss. The French restaurant was terrible! But the Italian restaurant was good.

Rooms and facilities in general are outdated. Definitely not 5 star hotel as it shows online. 4-4.2 at best. There are areas in need of renovations. Nightly entertainment is good. Food is ok better than alot of all inclusive resorts. Beach is great.

Everything was great my only issue , after you check in I mean immediately after checking In before even getting to your room staff sit you down and try and sell you on something that sounds like a timeshare and VERY persistent .. almost ruined the experience, after getting passed that everything was great, friendly staff clean property.. Anyone who decides to go be sure to stop by the coco cafe in the evening and see Ms erica , she's a delight .

I didn't like that the room we booked (preferred swim out) was unavailable due to the preferred section pool being closed. Unfortunately, it was closed for the duration of the stay which was disappointing. The property has assured me that they will refund the difference of the cost of the room, since we had to stay in a different room.

The food was amazing yet again! There are so many different restaurants to try. The portion sizes are good, and the drinks are also so delicious! They also honored our request to have the same butlers that we had last year which was great! They definitely know how to treat their guests, and our butlers went above and beyond their duties to make sure our stay was impeccable!

Room service took a ridiculously long time especially as the hotel wasn't at full capacity.

Great facilities. Loads of places to eat and drink. Beach parties, late night jerk station, plenty of activities at the hotel, the hotel can even arrange activities / tours outside of the hotel. Great one stop location. Would defo go back. 😍

I thought the entertainment could be more impactful. The motown review was just the dj spinning a few records. Entertainment staff would have brought the evening to life.

I liked the food, the beach, the amenities and the cleanliness of the property.
