Door handle to our room needs fixing, door codes needs to be reset before guest arrived , shower is small

I like the location, the environment was clean, room is okay but need more renovation.

The bathroom. The shower drips non-stop. Again, the owner did arrange for a plumber to fix the problem but it was still dripping when we left. We asked for hooks to be put up to hang our face cloths etc, and we got hooks, thanks to the owner being approachable.

The apartment (studio) itself was large, very clean (thanks to Sandra), Furniture a bit outdated, dark and chunky, though I myself dont't mind dark furniture, it could do with upgrading. There were several little irritants which could have been avoided, e.g. the large fridge freezer (which we asked for) did not work at first and although the owner of the property arranged for it to be fixed, it never worked properly (warm rather than cold) the entire time we were there. It was very noisy 24/7, although we got used to it during the day at night it was very noticeable. There were one or two other little niggles but the owner soon have those sorted. He was always contactable, very easy to talk to and very accommodating.; and most importantly, easy to get hold of via phone or text. Sandra worked tirelessly to keep the apartment very clean, and was very courteous and friendly, along with good knowledge of the ups and downs of Jamaica.

The shower was way too small. With a rain shower head and no space didn't make sense. The lower pipe hit my knee n I'm sure this cut gonna leave a scar. The safe wasn't working. N the mattress wanted to flip as one side was sinking.

The location was central and I felt safe while on property. The apartment appeared clean when we entered and we like that it has some basic things we could use.

There is no towel hanger in the bathroom. There was a noisy party nearby (off property) that caused disturbance.

Any issues l had, had nothing to do with the Apartment.

Seamless checkin, Clean Apt. All amenities were provided. Having a working Hair dryer was very welcomed. Wifi, Ac, worked well. Ironing facilities plus a safe a PLUS..I had no major issues with Apt. Great communication from host. My Usual location as very close to EVERYTHING. FREE BEACH ACCESS.. AWESOME. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Jigglers or members of staff continuously approaching guests. At times you think you are speaking with another guest later to find that they are staff or random guys who have come on site. Both annoying and a security issue

The size of the bathroom wasn't the best. But we made it work.

My family and I loved the beautiful landscape. The room was lovely and comfortable. Cold a/c and good amenities. The location. Oh my gosh, the location is exactly what we needed. Everything is within walking distance. We loved our stay here ❤️

The room was well kept, Just wish I received more bath towels and wash rags and a bath mat. Overall there wasn't much to dislike.

I enjoyed the location to town. The sites were great, didn't get in the pool but enjoyed my time at the pool. Poolside food and drinks were good and happy I could pay by card. Overall I would definitely come again.
