The rooms (particularly the bathrooms) are now a little dated, but perfectly fine. The Jungle Nightclub runs on Tuesday, Thurs and Saturday and is a real problem. Kept us awake until 3am.

Staff are great. Delroy at the bar is a complete star. The waiting team are much more cheerful and engaged than they were when we last went in 2023. Very clean all over the property.

1. The rooms could stand an upgrade to modern furniture, decor, and a neutral color interior paint on the garden side properties. Currently, the rooms and bathrooms are a bit drab. 2. The inequalities between the Garden side and Beach front properties. (Garden side guests would also love to have access to a coffee/tea pot and cups in the room since breakfast is not included.)

I was impressed with: 1. The beauty of the property - the architectural design of the buildings, landscape, and entrance into the Garden side courtyard - was breathtakingly beautiful. 2. Reception staff, at check-in, they were courteous and greeted us with smiles. 3. The entire village staff - security guards, housekeepers, landscapers - were exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, and happy at work. Special staff members who deserve mentioning are Rihanna, Jenae, Oshane, Ms Ivy, Veronica, Mr Clive, Mr Gregory, and especially Nov 11th, 2024 beach front gate night guard (he was so wonderful, understanding, and kind - thank you, thank you, thank you, sir!) 4. Jay Bird Restaurant - the atmosphere, servers, chef, food, table setting, cost - were beyond beautifully perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and satisfying. With it being located on the beautiful 7 mile beach, the tropical plants and flowers, the music, the island breeze, and the outstanding friendly staff made this choice a perfect five-star. Kudos to Shela and the entire Jay Bird staff for looking out for the hungry and thirsty 9:00 p.m. stragglers. 5. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. 6. The air conditioning and iron worked very well.

Nothing to dislike other than locals walking along the beach and pressure selling you.

Natural plant surroundings to and from beach to room. Pleasant and professional staff. Wi-Fi and Air-con good. Fantastic view of sunset. Attentive beach life guard. Close proximity to other attractions and amenities.

They did not have many guests, which is excellent, but they kept us at the farthest unit possible on the property.

We stayed across the road from the reception of the property. However, the front property was at 7 Miles Beach, very calm and clean. Perfect for an end-of-the-day relaxation watching a beautiful sunset.

the booking.com rate said $650, but when i got there, they charged me $800 saying the extra was for 'fees' - seemed disengenuous and a bad start to a holdiay.

Jacuzzi was kinda cold and wasn't warm and after 1 hour trying to make it warm, it didn't help. There should be more smiles at the front desk 😀 there was a few smile but some wasn't welcoming ..

The only thing that wasn't so good, was that the bar speaker was very bad to listen music from.. great music but very bad speakers .

The kitchen workers (?, I never saw them) were VERY slow. There was always a wait for the food. Our first two days were pure hell. The water in the room went on/off intermittently (in the middle of showering, brushing teeth, etc.). After several complaints, including requesting a refund of our money, we were moved to a room on the opposite side of the highway (the beach side). After the move, we had no more problems with the room.

Breakfast was adequate. The Serving Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

No complimentary shampoo/conditioner or lotion in the room. Wish they would have provided water floats. What they had appeared to be stuff left by previous customers and of those, many had leaks and were unuseable.

Enjoyed the on-site amenities like the restaurant, bar and spa service available. Easy to walk to other eating places and some shopping. Staff were all very nice.

I like everything, especially for the price as it’s not ocean front. This stay I wasn’t sure if the pool was clean but enjoyed a swim anyway.
