United KingdomThe rooms (particularly the bathrooms) are now a little dated, but perfectly fine. The Jungle Nightclub runs on Tuesday, Thurs and Saturday and is a real problem. Kept us awake until 3am.
Staff are great. Delroy at the bar is a complete star. The waiting team are much more cheerful and engaged than they were when we last went in 2023. Very clean all over the property.

United States1. The rooms could stand an upgrade to modern furniture, decor, and a neutral color interior paint on the garden side properties. Currently, the rooms and bathrooms are a bit drab. 2. The inequalities between the Garden side and Beach front properties. (Garden side guests would also love to have access to a coffee/tea pot and cups in the room since breakfast is not included.)
I was impressed with: 1. The beauty of the property - the architectural design of the buildings, landscape, and entrance into the Garden side courtyard - was breathtakingly beautiful. 2. Reception staff, at check-in, they were courteous and greeted us with smiles. 3. The entire village staff - security guards, housekeepers, landscapers - were exceptionally kind, friendly, helpful, and happy at work. Special staff members who deserve mentioning are Rihanna, Jenae, Oshane, Ms Ivy, Veronica, Mr Clive, Mr Gregory, and especially Nov 11th, 2024 beach front gate night guard (he was so wonderful, understanding, and kind - thank you, thank you, thank you, sir!) 4. Jay Bird Restaurant - the atmosphere, servers, chef, food, table setting, cost - were beyond beautifully perfect. The food was absolutely delicious and satisfying. With it being located on the beautiful 7 mile beach, the tropical plants and flowers, the music, the island breeze, and the outstanding friendly staff made this choice a perfect five-star. Kudos to Shela and the entire Jay Bird staff for looking out for the hungry and thirsty 9:00 p.m. stragglers. 5. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. 6. The air conditioning and iron worked very well.

We stayed across the road from the reception of the property. However, the front property was at 7 Miles Beach, very calm and clean. Perfect for an end-of-the-day relaxation watching a beautiful sunset.

United StatesThe kitchen workers (?, I never saw them) were VERY slow. There was always a wait for the food. Our first two days were pure hell. The water in the room went on/off intermittently (in the middle of showering, brushing teeth, etc.). After several complaints, including requesting a refund of our money, we were moved to a room on the opposite side of the highway (the beach side). After the move, we had no more problems with the room.
Breakfast was adequate. The Serving Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Enjoyed the on-site amenities like the restaurant, bar and spa service available. Easy to walk to other eating places and some shopping. Staff were all very nice.
