The mosquitoes 🦟 but I had my zapper. Mr Campbell took every precaution to ensure their impact was minimal. This is the tropical enviourment, so it is expected.

The water pressure was a bit low.

I enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The location was perfect. The view was spectacular and was surrounded by lots of flowers and greenery. The area at night is quiet.. the host was very good to us . It was also a bonus to know that if we needed to go out and about, we could also book him to take us places. Overall, it's a great place to stay

If you’re lucky enough, you’ll experience the gifts of his Mango tree. Really an enjoyable stay man.

We forgot to get mosquito repellent and received a few bites.

The home was larger than we expected, was quite clean, and made good use of natural lighting. Everything was provided to make it a home away from home. All we needed was our own food and Lloyd, our host, arranged a ride into town and gave great recommendations. The location is also great. It is close to the airport, beach, and shopping areas. Our host was excellent! Even though we arrived earlier than expected, he received us warmly and made us feel comfortable. The verandah/porch with its comfy seating provided a relaxing spot to view the surroundings, especially the trees and plants in the garden, and just enjoy the cool fresh breeze. There was a large table there too that gave us the opportunity to play domino games as a family. We would certainly visit again.

Having to leave and come back

We loved the location of the property. We felt safe and secure, it was peaceful and quiet. We loved the spaciousness of the villa, it was not far from leisure activities and restaurants. Our driver Mr Junior was excellent, informative and helpful. We also loved the flowers and fruit trees around the property and the view was gorgeous.

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Honestly.

This place exceeded my expectations. It was well kept, clean, and very comfortable. The owner, Lloyd, is very warm and welcoming and makes you feel right at home. This property is located within 10 minutes of anything you may want to do, including the airport, shopping, partying, beaches, etc... Transportation is provided upon request; the driver Ron is very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. He is a great added resource. The property is surrounded by a lush garden that just evokes tranquility. The Veranda is cool and comfortable, with an amazing view. There's also a lounging area out back with a barbecue pit. I enjoyed chilling under the breadfruit tree. It's very shady there. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodations in Montego Bay. It's a very small thing, but given the location is suburban and does not have shops and restaurants in walking distance, and given the tap water isn't safe for drinking, it would have been much appreciated if there was a bottle of water for guests at the property. This was particularly an issue for us as we arrived so late, but would have been much appreciated whenever we arrived. Mr Campbell and the property are excellent, this is just a small thing.

Mr Campbell was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. We were very delayed at the airport as immigration took 3 hours, but Mr Campbell was very flexible and kind. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and everything was clean. The terrace and garden were lovely.
