The shower hot water was not hot..

The shower area was not entirely enclosed, causing water to splash onto the floor. So I had to dry up each time it's used, didn't like that, the shower head needs to be changed also, because of that, the water flow was off.

I like the overall setup of the apartment. The view was beautiful.

The water turned off the last night due to water repairs on thee side of building we were at. If there was another unit available by the owner or a jug of water it would have been comfortable. No water = no toilet & shower,nothing. Also I booked a sea view and was given a tiny glimpse of the sea over a concrete wall. The view was the back wall of cliff and plants and the rooftop of neighboring building.

Central location. Attendant greeted and provided care on check in and to address any issues. Stay was comfortable.

The balcony view was not what we expected, mostly rocky wall with only limited seaview.

The apartment is quite nice from the inside, close to beach and many restaurants.

Ran down, little updates would go a long way, neighbors could see us getting dressed through sheer curtains, no info on the pool so we never even used it. Bed sheets weren’t big enough for bed, it was more of a throw blanket for a couch not a blanket for a bed. Barely covered my body. Would def invest in a full or queen comforter set for the beds. We had our own blankets we bought from home for the plane and had to use those too at night. Other than that it was a decent stay.

The location was perfect and it was clean - near doctors cove beach which we went to pretty much everyday, food spots, and some nightlife all in walking distance so it was perfect location wise.

I requested a change of towels from Friday evening, but they were delivered late Sunday evening after calling them 3 times.

Karl took some time and didn't understand my name over the phone, I was kind of worried that my booking was forgotten. It was also quite loud at night, but we were still able to sleep as we were very tired from the flight. The shower was only with cold water. The hotel can't do anything about it, but there were so many people trying to sell us weed on the street, taking a walk was almost impossible to enjoy.

The view was really amazing. Something I never saw before with the sunrise and sunset. Everything seemed very clean and private. The room was quite big and comfortable, everything we needed was there (kitchen, bathroom, etc). Karl was very friendly

I didn't get the room I selected. I got one with a bigger bed it was blue, however I requested the room with two beds and an ocean view. I got the other room with the view of the hip strip which made the one night a noisy one when I was looking to just chill on my patio watching the ocean...

I booked last minute as a change and they accommodated me just fine. The room was nice for my one night stay and came with a kitchen which would be nice for multiple nights.

Was near to the shopping area and beach, clean, private love the kitchen.groumd floor was perfect for my mom to get in without stairs. Bathroom windows didnt work,. AC unit may need cleaning

TV didn't work, not sure if it needed batteries. was trying to use the bedside lamps but couldn't figure it out. figuring out the entrance at the top was a bit tricky as a first time visitor but as I figured out the layout it was ok entering from the bottom would have been simpler though seeing I had to go down to make payment anyway.

I liked the layout and decor. water pressure was perfect. loved the location. I had awesome access to things I needed. I loved that tips were on the refrigerator.

The WIFI only works well in the guest room and is very weak everywhere else. A lot of minor things that need fixing like a soap dish in shower, toilet paper holder, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, TV won't work because WiFi weak, touch-up paint on several areas, leave extra trash bags. Just check on the property personally would have resolved some of these vs just cleaning and re-renting.

The apartment has plenty of room and was pretty clean. The location was just across from the beach which was great. Food nearby but limited. The balcony is really nice. Took a day but he came to fix a couple things.

Hip strip is loud. Noises heard all night. Loud mufflers and people hollering. Plane was leaving mid afternoon and no chance of late checkout unless pay extra. Pool was not operational.

Nice size apartment. Decent amount of amenities.

The building is awful which is a shame. If you can look past that then you will be OK. Kitchen was too basic for me, needs adding just a few extra things.

The location is fabulous. The washing machine was great, the best I've come across in Jamaica. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
