I was NOT bothered particularly by anything.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Meadow Place. Its location was ideal for exploring many of Jamaica’s top attractions, with supermarkets, restaurants, and other conveniences just a short distance away. The apartment itself was immaculate, well-equipped, and exceptionally comfortable. The apartment is situated in a quiet, peaceful residential neighbourhood, making it a perfect retreat. Richard was an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He patiently waited for us at the airport despite our delay, assisted us in securing a rental car, and even helped us track down some late-season mangoes! When we accidentally left a suitcase behind, he kindly returned it to the airport for us. Richard’s hospitality was truly top-notch—A+—and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Far from downtown, so it's going to cost for travelings. The owner charged us the commission, which they were suppose to pay Booking.com. The kitchen vessels smell of fish.

It's was a nice experience. The place is clean, nice, modern, and is a safe neighborhood and close to everything. The owner, M.Richard, is an amazing guy. So patient and generous. Really friendly, funny, and professional. I will definitely go back and recommend it.

Not beachfront, but it wasn't what we booked for.

We had a great stay at Meadows Place. We felt comfortable and right at home. The rooftop was a great place to sit and drink wine and relax with the family after a day of exploring. Richard picked us up at the airport and dropped us off. He was available during our stay for questions we had about the area.

Overall a great stay. Could have had some basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

Richard, the host, was incredible! Went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and had all we needed. Communication from the time I arrived in Jamaica was top notch. Picked me up promptly from the airport and provided car service (at my request and for reasonable fees) during my stay. As other reviewers have noted, the building and units are very clean. This was the first time I opted not to stay at a resort and I was super nervous about the decision. I was blown away with the service the host provided. I felt safe and secure the entire time and had the privilege of enjoying a local/native experience. The property is conveniently located, whether you prefer walking or driving. Driving takes only a few minutes to get to most places: Downtown, Mega Mart, Harmony Beach Park, Fairview shopping/food area, and Hip Strip spots. Of course, walking takes longer, but it's safe and allows more time to take in sights and enjoy the local culture. We walked from the property through downtown Montego Bay, to Sam Sharpe Square, then Harmony Beach Park, and walked to end of the Hip Strip to Dead End Beach. Forgot to mention that the property's rooftop areas are great for relaxation. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything, Richard! You're an amazing host.

no breakfast but got a wide array of snacks to last the entire trip. fridge had soda beer and water waiting for you. I loved that.
