Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Its animal cruelty Macaws live for a long time The hotel either needs to get it a mate or better still cut some of its wing features & let it room around the hotel The guests will love it & it won't be able to fly away Even if it is tied with one leg to a perch in a shaded spot in the restaurant it would be so much better than the cruelty it is suffering now In Australia the owner would be fined & the bird taken away from them

CanadaSpotty wifi in the rooms, no wifi in common areas, including restaurant. Unfortunate location in a party zone, on both nights there was loud music till 4 am.
Cliffside location - beautiful. No beach, but there are steps down to the water. Pool is clean, early morning swim is calm and peaceful. Grounds are picturesque. Good food, breakfast is included, well cooked and filling. Diverse clientele - solo travellers, couples, families. Staff are polite and helpful. Close to local amenities.

JamaicaI only stayed there for one night, which happened to be a Saturday The only let down was the location, which cannot changed. The loud sound of music on the main street kept me awake all night. If the hotel was 1000 meters further along the road and away from the town, I wouldn't hesitate going back there to stay. I was told Monday to Thursday is a quiet period.
Everything was liked about the hotel, the staff, the room and the restaurant, both with a beautiful over the sea. The room standard was good for what we paid.
