The cocktails were a really challenge, bad mojitos, bad Negroni, finally we decided to move to beer and the vine.

Food was superb! best food I tried in Jamaica but I was missing more options for dinner at the Bizet. I didn´t like the buffet. The hut we booked was very nice and quiet, love the shower outside.

It would have been great to be able to have a tour of the Fleming villa - we asked about it, but we’re not given a response. It would have been great to have access to the Gazebo restaurant for some variety, which wasn’t open during our stay.

We enjoyed our breakfast and the beautiful location

No hot water for 2 days without any sincere apologies. Price of food did not match quality. Not enough towels pool side. Not enough snorkel equipment.

Beautiful resort. Chill vibe. Rustic yet luxurious. Excellent spa treatments.

Just one staff member working in the office area on reception was really cold and dismissive - something that was probably more noticeable because everyone else was so friendly and attentive. And perhaps we just caught him on a bad couple of days. It was a shame though as he was the last person we had any dealings with (checking out) and it left us feeling a bit upset. The food and drink was very expensive - prices that didn’t feel justified for the quality (it was ok but not that great) Charging $5usd for a small packet of plantain chips seems pretty extortionate… not to mention $17usd for a small bowl of fruit salad at breakfast! We ended up driving into town for meals - there is much cheaper and tastier food to be found outside the resort.

Loved the space and tranquility. The grounds are stunning and incredibly well kept - it really is a slice of paradise. And it’s so good to see a luxury resort showing such respect for the environment and the culture of Jamaica (we have stayed at other luxury resorts and ended up feeling pretty horrified by lack of Jamaican influences and the shocking level of waste - especially when it comes to those godawful all-inclusive ‘international’ buffets!) The rooms are very comfortable - we stayed in a beach hut and fell in love with the design and attention to detail. All but one of the staff were wonderful - really friendly and helpful, but they also managed to be low-key and respectful of our space. Service was spot on.

Was difficult to find the gate - no sign Found that it was better to eat off property than on. Food was fine but not up to the price point in my opinion

It was so green and lush. Please continue to label the trees. I especially liked having the lagoon right outside our door. We were at a resort but hardly came into contact with other guests so we had our own space. Could go snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking whenever we wanted to. Hoping with the fish sanctuary and the coral nursery nearby there will soon be more fish and coral.

the food is not splendid and the prices are very high. You do not have many options around the hotel. So you end up paying a lot for meh food. Lunch would cost 100$ for two and dinner 150$ for two (assuming that you only have like one beer or one cocktail).

The hotel is small and has a very “exclusive” vibe. It’s perfect to rest and be away from crowds.

There is nothing we didn't like!

The resort is beautiful, and clean. The staff are incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and so are the cocktails! We loved the complimentary Yoga with Sasha and the meditation classes. Button beach is stunning. We took boats out every day. The only downside is, we had to leave! But we are already planning our next trip back.

    Nothing.

The location was beautiful and scenic. The rooms were excellent. There were numerous pools and beaches on site. The property has a huge lagoon where my wife and I paddle boarded, kayaked, and saw sea turtles. This was truly an unforgettable destination.

Zero support, extremely rude staff, robbed and mocked. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay at the hotel turned into a complete nightmare. My belongings, left on a sunbed by the pool, were stolen—likely by hotel staff. When the incident was discovered, the staff took no action, refused to cooperate, and kept shifting responsibility from one manager to another, without providing any contact information for assistance. The security team was completely unprepared; they neither reviewed nor allowed us to view the security camera footage. The hotel took no measures to address the issue and refused to cooperate with the police, who were called in after the staff displayed utter indifference to the situation. To make matters worse, the staff began gaslighting us, attempting to blame us for the incident once the police arrived. They claimed we had refused to report or investigate the case internally, despite this being entirely untrue. Fiona, the property manager, openly mocked the situation, adding insult to injury. The hotel did not issue a proper apology, merely offering a dismissive "sorry" when prompted. No effort was made to compensate for the ruined stay. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel, supposedly one of the best on the island, which should prioritize the safety and well-being of its guests. The staff was appalling, and the service was nonexistent. There was absolutely no meaningful response to the incident, which caused significant distress, health problems, and a strong desire to leave the island entirely. Additionally, we encountered an issue with our booking (a duplicate reservation made in error). Once again, the hotel ignored our repeated requests for assistance in resolving the matter. They charged us for both reservations and offered no support. If you’re expecting even basic customer service, don’t.

The price is way too high. No flexibility regarding the food menus and attractions. Way to expensive for what the hotel offers. Many mistakes regarding the bill. Overpriced in all!! No variety with the food and less options. Overpriced breakfast too, 8$ for two slices bacon is ridiculous.

Our room was dark and had no view of the beach or any water or sun. Our beach hut not having a view at all and being significantly more hidden away than many of the other beach huts was really disappointing given the extremely expensive price we paid. Our room felt really basic and for the price we paid, the value for money felt genuinely disappointing. I never normally complain and I had to complain here. Many of the staff are lovely, but the pricing just felt way way off.

The beaches were super and kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling were very fun.
