The room aesthetically pleasing, exactly how it was advertised. The bed was comfortable. There were two double beds, the room was big enough for a family of four our three to stay for a short stay. Staff members were very welcoming.

Safe, gated community with a large pool (I was the only one there both times that I used it). The unit had everything I needed. The staff were very nice.

CanadaCheck out left a bad taste in my mouth, as we were told we owed an $18USD “service fee,” despite paying full at check in with cash, as requested, or risk being charged a “no show” fee instead. This surprise service fee was not advised of in any of my messages with the host or in my booking confirmation (I have screenshots). Luckily, I took out a little extra USD before coming out to Jamaica, but I would never book with this host again for this reason. Moreover, at 4:30AM, I received an email from booking.com advising that we had never checked in to the property, leaving me uncomfortable with the check in process and worried we would be taken advantage of since we had paid cash. Turns out my gut was probably correct. If it weren’t for the check out experience, the swimming pool being too dirty to swim in, and the location necessitating the use of ubers to get anywhere would not have been an issue for us given it was a short term stay. However, it really highlighted the negatives of the place for us, and now we don’t really have good memories of our quick stop in MoBay.
The room itself was clean and comfortable.

United StatesLots of ants & bugs inside kitchen counter areas. Also, property is located up on a hill. Had no access to food service delivery. Walk to nearest fast food- KFC by harmony beach. That walk is not for the weak- dangerous along side roads with buses and cars speeding by. No option to pay via credit card via booking.com. Was told once on property- only cash was accepted or Zelle or PayPal.
