Excellent location, right next to the beach and swimming pool, walking ǰ. Apartment was very clean and spacious, nicely furnřished and fully supplied with everything needed to self-cater.

Check-in, check-out and using the room safe were a little confusing for us however the staff were very patient and helpful. Everyone has their own preference in respect to a bed. It is very spacious and perfect for those who love a firm mattress but hard for my personal taste. The internet and cell service are spotty in the area as a whole but rarely did it hinder us. Overall it was so lovely and beautiful, these small things are nothing compared to the overwhelmingly gorgeous accommodations. It would be a helpful bonus to have a list of local restaurants or preferred tours in the area, for those who choose to stay without adding the resort package.

A little bit of a walk to get to a store to get some groceries but it was ok still. I didn't like the front desk lady who checked me in. No receipt provided for the room. A little bit of attitude shown as well . Breakfast at this location was SUPER EXPENSIVE, LIKE 30 USD per day. That's crazy j

Loved the gorgeous room and full kitchen. Very clean spacious and comfortable. Deborah the host was extremely lovely to deal with. There was even complimentary red stripe beer in the fridge when I arrived . Quiet location right by the beach.

We love this place! It's a perfect location for us to see family but also allow some beach time. There is great snorkeling not far off the beach area with lots to see. Places to eat right outside the resort, grocery store not far away, and everything in walking distance if you dont drive. Full kitchen with everything you could need, which we love since my husband cooks a lot while here. Deborah is an excellent host and really nice and is always available if needed. Some upgrades were made to the apt also, which made it even better this time.

We were not aware that resort meals were only available by purchasing a meal/bar package in advance. The unit is owned by a private individual who accommodated our meal needs by bringing to us a toaster oven and hotplate unit to cook our own food, once the unit's stove and oven was found to be malfunctioning. Description on website needs improving re: what services and use of pool equipment/kayaks are not approved by property management for independent guests. No housekeeping during 10 day stay.

The turquoise blue beach and location of unit on hotel property: close to pool and two piers to walk out over the waves. Weather was great, rain at night and sunshine during the day. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was perfect for me and my husband. Large, close to family with a great kitchen space so we could cook. The place also has a great reef to snorkel around right off the large beach. We could hear the ocean waves from the bedroom when the water was rough. Perfect way to fall asleep :) The patio area was great to sit on and drink our morning coffee or just relax in the afternoon. Deborah was really the best! She was very understanding and accommodating since I had some unexpected travel delays. Also, anything that we had issues with, we just let her know, and it was taken care of immediately. I only have great things to say about our experience in this villa and with Deborah!

Nothing - everything was great! We really loved it here and couldn’t fault anything about the apartment or our host.

This was honestly the best we could ask for. I made a mistake with my booking and Deborah was understanding, patient and kind whilst we tried to get everything sorted and she remained so throughout trying to get this sorted. She regularly checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was OK. We really appreciated this. The apartment itself was perfect; clean, spacious, had all the amenities we needed. It’s 2 rooms, a living room/kitchen/diner, bathroom and separate bedroom at the back overlooking the pool and balcony for easy access to the beach and sea which is almost on the doorstep. Wifi was great throughout, no issues with it and has aircon which was a godsend in the heat. It’s on a resort, it was very quiet when we stayed which we liked as we had the place to ourselves mostly. There’s a smaller beach, and a larger beach and we loved both. There’s also a good sized pool, nice seating areas throughout and options to kayak, snorkel etc. It’s a great location too for access to tourist attractions such as Ocho Rios and Nine Mile. There are some shops very close to the apartment (at Crossroads) and we stocked up here when we first arrived, and also stocked up at the market a bit further down the road at St Anne’s Bay market. We would really recommend the restaurant ‘Ultimate’, around 10 minutes drive, for super tasty, super cheap authentic food. I would 10000% stay here again! Thanks!

although my flight was delayed,Debbie, the property owner, waited for me until I arrived. I am eternally grateful for this. Throughout my stay, she was constantly in contact with me to make sure that I was ‘alright’. The property was perfectly located for my needs. The property was clean, spacious and comfortable. Although I didn’t use the facilities, having them available to me was reassuring. Coincidentally, it was Mango season and I had to help myself to a “few” sun ripened, juicy, sweet mangoes 🥭😛from the mango tree that’s on the complex. I would highly recommend this property not only for individuals like myself but also for families

My stay at Deborah's was AMAZING ! The apartment is beautiful , clean, spacious, and fully equipped with anything you may need. The grounds are super pretty and well taken care of. My 7 year old son enjoyed his stay to the fullest with all the other kids at the resort.The slides are a lot of fun. Deborah is a gem. She is kind, helpful, and responsive. She also had complimentary treats waiting for us, which we really appreciated :) We will definitely be returning. I recommend staying here 10000 % !

I stayed at apt 20.owend by Deborah, it's a self catering unit so I made my own breakfast, lunch and dinner, very convenient for me because all the need was in clean and good condition for me to live in contently. I'm looking forward to my future stay again with my family next time .
