We come to Polermo thinking we‘d just see a Few monuments... and ended time-traveling Palermo Felt like walking through a living museum ! Then come Trapani: at night: music, light and good vibes Cefalù stole our hearts with it’s postcard, perfect charm and magical light at sunset 😍 Our host Luis ? Amazing, from beginning to end he was very attentive to us in any situation he was able to guide us in all goodwill. He also advised us on the places to visit, as well as on the catering part. He contributed to our beautiful week with his kindness and availability For the apartment, we are my companion and I on a crush! It's better than we expected, you have all the necessary equipment and the decoration is so perfect, as well as modern. I had a truly wonderful stay in Palermo, thanks to Luis, one of the greatest hosts I’ve ever met. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel incredibly welcome. Luis is warm, caring, and attentive to every detail, ensuring his guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The apartment was spotless and very well-maintained, reflecting how much pride he takes in keeping everything clean and organized. Despite being such a friendly and accommodating host, Luis is also quiet and respectful, giving you all the privacy you need while always being available to help if needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Palermo. Hosts like Luis are rare – he truly makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing, all good!

We had a great stay at Zisa Suite! Our host, Louis, was incredibly helpful and provided several excellent local recommendations for restaurants and activities, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The apartment is located in a quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day in the city, and the free parking was a big plus. Highly recommended!

The only problem we had was that there was construction work taking place next door which cannot be helped or avoided. The drilling noise started at approx 7am. This is ok if you are an early riser. Apart from that everything was excellent.

The apartment was excellent. Everything was there that you would need for a comfortable trip away. Hosts were great. I would recommend this as a great place to stay. Added bonus was Netflix on the TV

I had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Zisa Suite is a modern, comfortable & really well appointed unit. Luis has thought of everything, a well supplied kitchen with incidentals (including paper towels & cooking paper!); the sewing kit was thoughtful. The travel books, information sheets and maps were incredibly helpful and we used them to plan our day trips. Parking is on the street and easy. While you are a little way out of the main tourist area and the street is a little run down, it is full of families and kids and we felt safe, even walking back from town in the evening after dinner. (its about 2.5km / 30min walk). Martina greeted us on arrival and the small gift was unexpected but sweet. Note that it is a ground floor unit, so the standard shutters cover the windows - so there is little natural light in the unit, however the design and lighting in the unit compensates for this.

Parking might be a bit difficult if returned at home late or when there is some events going on nearby but the host helped us find parking lots nearby

Everything was perfect.

The Zisa Suite was the perfect place to stay to visit the sites of Palermo while also being in a true Palermo neighborhood which we loved. Everything was in walking distance and we still got a feel for the real Palermo. Luis was the most genuine and friendly host. He saved a parking space for us when he met us at the apartment for check-in and provided all kinds of great advise about places to visit and eat great food. There is a gem of a place near the apartment in the cultural center called the Cre.Zi. Plus Social Kitchen when you don't feel like walking far for food. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was large, there was a washer and dryer in the apartment and the apartment was lovely and stocked with everything you could need. We would definitely recommend the Zisa Suite and would stay here again. Thank you Luis!

Nothing at all.

To start with the host Luis is the best! He had lots of advice on where to go and where to eat. He stayed in touch throughout our stay and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our stay. The property has been renovated to the highest standard of interior design. The property has everything you would need for a long or short stay. Parking is on street, free and we never struggled to find a space within a very short walk. In fact outside the door twice. We ate in three of Luis’ recommendations and they were excellent and good value. We also spent a day at Mondello beach on his recommendation and again it was excellent as was the secure parking he suggested. We would not hesitate in highly recommending this property for a stay in Palermo. It’s easily found and is within 20 minutes walk of the historic centre.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at this apartment. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the space. The host's attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bedroom. The apartment doesn’t just have everything you need, but it’s also interesting to look its thoughtful details, so you know it was probably decorated by an architect. The location was very good for exploring the city, and the host's recommendations for local restaurants and attractions were spot-on. Additionally, his responsiveness and willingness to assist with any questions or concerns made the stay even more enjoyable. Zisa Suite (including Luis of course) is the best thing that happen to you when staying in Palermo. In walking distance to the historic city center, in a quiet neighbourhood, with good restaurants around. Zisa Suite itself has all comfort you can imagine and the looks.

It is located in a very residential part of town little far from the center on foot, but it is quite and easy to park the car at night on the other hand.

Very nicely decorated property comfortable for a family of 3-4. it has all amenities like: kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hairdryer.

Everything about this appartment is totaly perfection. Your stay will be in a fully architect designed place; it's mindblowing beautifull and practical. The host Luis is the best host ever; you will get 5-star hotel treatment. It's 10 min by stepper from the city (+- 20 min walk) and you can park your car for free in front of the door (believe me; it's a big plus in Palermo!). Highly highly recommended!
