AustraliaWe know it was very hot outside but the room was even hotter! It did have aircon but in the welcome brochures and info ( which were actually really helpful) it says you are not allowed to change the settings on the aircon or you will be fined $50 as the system might break in the whole building, so it was just not worth having it on as it didn’t really do anything. We had to sleep with the windows open so it was still really hot and noisy with sounds from the bars. But in the cooler months it would be lovely as with the windows closed it was quite sound proof.
Wonderful location right above the Main Street in an old building with lots of character. The old shutters opened up over the street so a nice authentic experience.

PolandIt was difficult to find the hotel's office, as it turned out later, it is only the headquarters. After checking in, we had to wait 20 minutes in the heat (after a whole day of traveling) for a gentleman who took us to a room that turned out to be in a different place. Cleanliness in the room was not maintained throughout the stay, the rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed, but the garbage was not taken out throughout the stay!!! Floors not cleaned throughout the stay. What's more - we had an unpleasant situation - we lost the headphones from the room, they lay unused throughout the stay on the shelf, the day before leaving they disappeared. It wasn't a valuable thing, but the disgust remained. We also had problems with the AC, it didn't work properly, it was impossible to control the air conditioner properly, without AC in July it was hard to sleep. I do not recommend.

Check in was great, got a choice of two rooms which was a lovely gesture, also was given maps and local information such as where to go, how to get there and recommendations. Check out was very easy, as it was very early hours of morning, they were happy to leave the keys in an easy agreed place. Wifi was given to us for free even though they say they don't include it, only cut out alittle bit once but we understand the infrastructure and distance, also they didn't need to provide it. Location was perfect, close to the beautiful port and the local train station. On the main road/path with everything close. Room had a kettle with tea/coffee, a few coat hangers, extra blankets and a tv which we did not use. Aircon was great and Mini Fridge was handy. The shower was very nice, clean, good size, and with no issues with temperature or power. Towels are not like normal towels but we found them completely fine. Overall the room was clean and a good size. Would highly recommend.

RomaniaAs the most rooms in the Cinque Terre area are located in an old building with a long and narrow hallway with stairs, for those with big luggages will be a bit difficult to reach in the room
We traveled by car and the location of the rooms was very convenient for Riomaggiore, on the main street, not too for from the entrance in the village and close to the Riomaggiore castle, restaurants and shops. For the late check in they provided the keys and very good instructions in an envelope at the reception (reception is 50 mt away of the rooms) Rooms are very small (but all the rooms are like this in the area) but very clean, recently renovated, not to much furniture but nicely arranged. The bathroom is very clean with a big shower. They have a parking lot in the public parking, with a better price than the public parking
