Only slight issue being ground floor not for those who would want a balcony but there is an internal seating area built to feel like a balcony area. Can be quite noisy at times due to being a ground floor flat and proximity to road but generally quiet through the night.

Bright, modern apartment in an excellent location. Super easy instructions for those who worry about self accommodation. Amenties are excellent that are provided. Perfect for families and couples.

We only stayed one night, its a big simple apartment that is ideally situated close to the Main shopping streets and not far from the old town. its perfect for a short stay in the centre. The agent was very good and sent all information making it easy to get in and find and get the keys etc. parking is tricky to find , as Bari is a Big city. Kids were happy and slept well so thats good, quiet at night.

Weak wifi. Next door apartman was literally a door away, not soundproof, you could hear everything. Very uncomfortable chairs and small breakfast table. Found the bin unemptied and some used contact lenses on the nightstand and on top of the wardrobe.

Excellent location (close to Old Town, the walking streets and the central railway station, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby). Small kitchen with appliances (mini fridge, coffee machine and water boiler with some complimentary capsules and tea bags). Nice, sunny bathroom.

The room was separated from another room with a door. The door was locked. However, it was very noisy. Whenever the others walk or speak in the other room, I was hearing everything. It was very disturbing.

The place was nice, modern and clean and location was very good. The staff was helpful and responsive, check in was easy.

As much we felt the apartment is well taken care of, it unfortunately was not comfortable. There is high humidity in walls (Damp patches). You could hardly breath in the bedroom. We had a lot of difficulties. Despite turning on the AC most of the time, it did not solve the problem, as also the AC would turn off by itself sometimes, which we reported. We find it pity that such a beautiful apartment loses its charm for this reason. Although we loved it so much, it will be difficult for us to choose it again. We hope that the owner would invest in proper solution to solve the humidity issue. Lastly, the apartment requires proper cleaning, specially the floors. It looks clean but there is plenty of dust hidden here and there. We would have loved to have vacuum machine to clean it ourselves. Our comments are meant to be constructive feedback, because honestly it was pleasant stay despite the humidity. We wish Zena Home the best of luck

The apartment has a charming style, very spacious with well served areas. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is of nice space and has all you need. Details are well taken care of in the apartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Host is very responsive and helpful and offered us multiple solutions to our concerns, we appreciate that. Location is excellent, in the middle of the center yet not noisy.

Only couple of little points. We couldn’t get the aircon to come on - wasn’t too warm but room felt like it needed a bit of a blast of colder air. Light comes in through curtains in dining room in the morning so I used an eye mask to keep sleeping.

Very modern and well equipped. Lots of little extras in the bathroom eg slippers, vanity sets. Good central location. Smart TV available to watch TV in bed. Instructions to enter property were easy to follow.

The apartment downstairs can be heard and it kept us awake the second night. It’s a little musty and be aware there is one flight of stairs and no lift.

A beautifully designed space, clean, safe, very comfortable bed and pillows within a short walking distance to essentials and main shopping. Quiet part of Bari as many shops have closed down.

With a big home like this there was no washing machines and we hand washed everything and used the heater rack (which burnt our clothes, as we didn’t know how to regulate) we also only had one body towel each for the entire length of the stay. Note, if someone is sleeping on the sofa bed.. they will not be sleeping as it is SO noisy.. there is a window that doesn’t close. Also be sure to bring your own toiletries.

Upon arriving first look at the property was absolutely fabulous.. location was perfection as it was close to the main strip of shops, old city and train station. Also loved that we were able to check in early

The room was a little dungeon with a tiny entrance in the middle of floors. I got enticed with beautiful pictures of the kitchen and dining area where I was planning on dining cooking, but unfortunately, what I got was dungeon with kettle. It was extremely loud I couldn't sleep listening to everything that was happening on the staircase, all drunken people walking up and down the stairs with bottles banging against each other in bags; taps of high heels at 1 am as if they where tap dancing next to my pillow. And all that at the same price point as the 1 bedroom apartment that surely has bedroom fare enough form entrance to allow some rest at night. No sleeping in space that has bin converted from some storage facility without working air-conditioning is not satisfactory. Is outrageous to advertise it alongside the other apartment. Most disgraceful attempt to enticed people to book spacious facilities and provided them with Hobbit burrow!

The location of the property was good walking distance to everything.

The house alarm went off by itself at 2am for a full hour. I couldn't sleep for a long time, nor could the neighbors (several came out to check), it was extremely loud. I called the person in charge for an hour and they didn't answer. If you're looking to have a bad time or for the alarm to go off for no reason, this is the perfect place to stay
