There was parking on-site, had to pay per day. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Kids-friendly. Hotel is located not far from the metro station (4 stops only to city center!!)

I believe the price is too high for this kind of room. For that amount, it's better to rent a separate apartment. The listing used exaggerated words like 'super luxury.' Everything was fine, but it did not match the amount paid. I practise yoga, so floor cleanliness is important to me. The floor was okay to walk on, but dirty to practise on.

The apartments were described as luxury. We phoned to book a spa session and were given a different price to the one we were later sent in a message. We were also told there was space but then by a second staff member that the spa was fully booked.

The room (larger apartment) was not as in the pictures: very few furniture and just white walls. There was neither a tent. The bathroom is clean, but very simple (cheap). It was quite an empty apartment. There was a strange smell (like of fresh varnish).

The room are spacious as described, the kitchen is quite new. The bed confy.

Room was on the first floor right Next to the electricity room and some sounds we're coming from there to the bedroom. Also room needs refurbishing. Not very clean. Couch in the living room needs changing.

The kitchen equipment was limited, we were 3 staying in the room but we had limited number of placemats and kitchen knife.

The room was large and pleasant. The bed was large. There was a large wardrobe in the bedroom with plenty of space.

Keys were left in the key box but someone else confused it and took my key - so I was left outside after midnight as the place was locked. The staff were helpful in rectifying it after finding me exhausted and sleepless in the morning. Hoping they fixed this confusable issue.

A lot of noise in the morning. From the slammed doors and from the windows shutters I let outside everyday the sign with do not clean, and the room was cleaned everyday.

The only downside is you do not have control of the AC units which makes the rooms kindve warm. So if you like to control the temperature of your room this is not the property for you. Internet can also be stronger

The parking fee, the bedding was a bit hard and the noises in the am. Seems like the walls are very thin so we can hear everything happening in the corridor. Also, it would be nice to add glasses in the kitchen because there were none.

Cleanliness, modern studios well equipped, nice staff and the courtesy fresh croissants in the morning. The residence is a 10 min walk from the metro and 4 metro stops from the main part of the city Duomo.

They have a big room for 4 people, a colorful alley, and a laundry room at 1st floor. FREE croissants at the 1st morning in 2024. The staff took care of us until we felt comfortable with the trouble bidet in the bathroom.

One point less due to the absence of breakfast and the short duration of the heating! Happy for the fresh and delicious croissants instead of breakfast.
