I didn't expect much from this accomodation as it should be just starting point for all the trips around for us. How suprised we were! Absolutelly amazing room and many treasures for our little boy in a hallway 😁. Empoli itself suprised us positively as well. The great bonus was a breakfast in a local pasticeria...so many delicacies! If is somebody affraid of a loud fridge or AC in the room, needn't to be, they are absolutelly silent.

The biggest complaint is the wifi is horrible at least in our room (No.2), practicable useless. We needed an iron and there wasn't one in our room, it would have been fantastic to have it available.

Breakfast was ok, we enjoyed it. Location was perfect for why we came down here, close to the place we came to visit.

Everything was fine. We had no problem.

Carefully thought out, well designed rooms. We liked the atmosphere and playfulness of the rooms. We were travelling to Livorno, but the location is practical if you want to visit Florence or explore the region. The communication with the owner was very easy. Getting in to the rooms went very smoothly. Definitely worth trying: Gelateria Gindo (350 m) and for breakfast or coffee Pasticceria La Perla (170 m).

5 STAR review. What an amazing find. This wonderful boutique B&B set a few yards from the centre of Empoli. We had a beautiful en suite room with everything catered for, including aircon for the warm evenings. Sunny large balcony with soft lighting to sit out in the evenings. Monia and the girls keep everything immaculate. Monia helped us out with taxis and was always met with a warm, friendly greeting by all. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

Very clean, well equiped, nicely designed and comfortable room with private bathroom. Full set of toileteries and snacks + soft drinks all inclusive. Breakfast was served in nearby pasticeria - nice, tasty. Many places for parking around. Nice terrace. Perfect place for few nights.

Nothing to the declare. We just wish all the following properties we’ve been to in Italy were this good.

The atmosphere was amazing, we felt like we were in the wonderland. From the bathroom amenities, the fridge, the goodies we got, the included breakfast on a nearby pastry shop (that opens at 6). Best of then all!

Very nicely decorated room, there is also more than enough storage space, very comfortable. Everything is arranged down to the last detail. Easy check inn. The breakfast in the local bar is super delicious. It is a good base for visiting cities such as Florence and Lucca The free parking across the street.

Beautifully decorated room, very clean and cozy. It’s equiped with everything you need and the owners are very nice and friendly. Also, you have access to the patio where you can chill and have a drink. The location is great, very close to the city center and main square (5 minute walk), and the breakfast place is just a minute away. Without a doubt, one of the best BNB’s we’ve ever stayed in.

Friendly and welcoming host. Every fine detail is taken care off to make you feel comfortable and at home. Lovely comfortable room 10 mins walk from the station and 10 mins walk to the stadium. One of the best B&B‘s I have stayed in. Nice bathroom too .

A great place to stay. Definitely to recommend! Very nice communication and nice people. May be this was the cleanest place I have been in a long. The materials and the staff in the bathroom were too much - a lot of everything :) Location was great - few minutes from the main streat. Great idea for the breakfast - a small cafeteria 3 minutes walk from the place. Nice people, delicious food and a lot of varieties. Also great working time.
