The toilette can be improved and maybe add conditioner with the shampoo. The bathroom is not at the level of a 4 starts hotel.

The hotel was ok, but response from booking.com was not as expected. Since I had to change my hotel location & it was already paid. I requested for change but the response from booking.com was delayed enough that I had already checked-in another hotel, that too was booked through booking.com.

It was over all an average experience.

The air conditioner is not the strongest one. I always felt that the my room is much warmer than the corridor, despite the air conditioning was working continuously.

The hotel is situated in the suburb of Varese which makes it accessible even during rush hours. This part of the city is quiet, so one can sleep without being disturbed. There exists a big private parking space behind the hotel, parking space is always guaranteed. Room and bathroom are small but OK, towels are changed and cleaning is done each day, The breakfast is varied, warm meal (scrambled eggs, fried bacon, sausage), cold meal (ham and chease) and various delicious pastries are also served. The wifi is strong in the room and in the resaturant, too.

The furniture in the room was rather old, the kids bed slightly uncomfortable, no slippers provided and the shower very uncomfortable. Did not feel like 4 start hotel.

Our room was cleaned every day and the hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking space in the complex.

We are not big eaters and the full menu at €25 each is too much for us so we chose the Primi Pasta for my wife and the Secondi for myself, however this is then charged at €17 per dish each. Although the Pasta course was probably a larger portion this was still too much for my wife to finish. Perhaps, next time, we'll try ordering a smaller portion.

Good sized room that has been extensively updated, breakfast has a superb selection catering for all tastes and a free, large off road car park. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Enjoyed the premises, the spacious parking, the pool, and the tasty pizzas of the restaurant. Loved the vast variety of breakfast. A big bravo to the staff of the hotel for their politeness and their willingness to help!!!!

The restaurant is not very good, with all warm food choices frozen food except the pizza.

Comfortable clean hotel. The large pool is really enjoyable. The staff was very nice. A lot of choice for breakfast especially sweet. There is a big parking lot, and the hotel is a 15mn bus ride from the center. The quality-price ratio is really good.

A funny smell in the room and dinning area. As this is more a budget hotel, it was not the spa hotel that I thought it was so naturally was disappointed when I got here as I could have paid a little more for one (I had a car and could have chosen any location) as I was not on a budget.

I loved the view of the swimming pool and the gym facilities. Breakfast was pleasant but more like a canteen. A nice place if you’re passing through and looking for a budget place.

The awful swirly black and white Lino that has been put in the rooms used by those with pets. Cheap and nasty!
