It has everything you need for a city visit. Location is very convenient since you can go anywhere on foot. Bus stop right in front of the building if needed. The building itself is nice and has a very old and cute elevator. Located on the 5th floor, it makes for a quiet night. We could store our suitcase on the last day due to our late flight. Staff is friendly and responsive. Just what we needed.

This was a secure, clean, comfortable guest house right in the historic centre of Rome, which makes walking to see the city easy. The soundproofing was excellent, you won't hear any street noise from your room. Bottles of cold water were provided in the room fridge, along with access to a kitchenette in the common area. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful, providing advice on location of nearby grocery shops, and transportation.

The water pressure was a little weak compared to the other places I stayed in Rome or Sorrento. There also isn't a keycard to unlock the door, you have to carry around keys, so that's something to keep in mind. However, there is a night app for the outside door and the door to the Guest House, which helped a lot.

I love nearly everything about this place. Location is actually perfect. It's just south of the Pantheon and it's not too close, but not too far either. The air conditioning worked really well which was needed during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable.

We loved the location! We go to Rome every year and every year we stay someplace new. This place was one of the best due to its location and tranquility. The staff was also very nice and the bed was comfortable. I liked having the common area with the coffee and fridge.

Xenia Guest House was immaculate clean. Very central location 15 minute walk to most places. There’s a bus terminal and a tram right outside of the building. Maria was an excellent communicator, responding very quickly to every question. She booked my transportation to the hotel even with multiple delays. I can’t say enough great things about this property. The building is breathtakingly beautiful.

Room size - small for 2 people, especially if you stay a few days. If you want to sit down, there is only one chair and the bed. Water pressure is low.

This was the perfect place for our stay in Rome. The location is key and is central to all the major sites in the city. All staff were helpful and respond quickly if we ever needed anything, we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Rome!

Had a little trouble locating and accessing the apartment on arrival. However, hosts were available by phone to help.

Stayed at Xenia 4 nights with my teenage daughter. Great location with supermarket and restaurants close by. Attractions were all easily accessible, most within walking distance. Apartment was clean with super comfortable beds and a really nice bathroom. Room serviced daily. Everything we needed for a great stay.

Good Location, close to most of the main attractions and a short walk from Vatican, Trastevere, etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was immaculately cleaned. There is a small communal seating area with coffee available. Throughout our stay Maria was amazing! She gave us great recommendations for food and drink and was always ready to help with local advice. Nothing was too much trouble.
