Location near the shopping area and with lots of restaurants. All within 20 minute walking distance. Excellent facilities provided for the kitchen. Lots of dishes and other things. Bathroom in excellent condition. Washing machine provided with washing tablets. Airer provided. 3 balconies with excellent view of the hills and houses. Watch out for the lights after sunset on the hills. Look amazing. TVs in all rooms Large spacious rooms for all guests. Enough blankets and pillows. Fresh towels Simone the host was very helpful from Day 1. Showed us where to go and get food etc Flat on the fifth floor within a private apartment building with secure door and lifts. Nice safe area even in the evenings. Very quiet as well. 💯 recommend this place!!

Near city centar, good parking possibilities in front of the house. The outside temperaturea were extreme, but the property was perfectly cooled by its aircon.

The apartment was ideally situated a short walk away from the historic centre, close to excellent restaurants and bars and the bustling lake front.

The decor was impecable. The apartment had an amazing view to the local area. It had a huge TV and generally was very comfortable. It just sits outside of the town centre within walking distance to the local attractions.

Lovely and cozy apartment with amazing host :) Simone was extremely helpful and very friendly. Great and central location. The place was beautiful, the rooms were clean, comfortable with wonderful views. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary. We had a nice time here, felt relaxed and calm. Would love to return! Recommend!!!

Couldn't fault it

Cannot speak highly enough of this booking, the apartment was exceptional, stylish, clean, and in a great location minutes walk from the lake. So good we stayed an extra night. Simone, our host, was so helpful offering guidance on places to go and even drove us to the station on our departure. Would definitely stay here again and recommend 👌

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is newly renovated, big, very comfortable and perfectly equipped. Also the kitchen has everything you need. The apartment is also very centrally located near the center of Como, there are also shops, restaurants and cafès nearby. But the most important thing is that the host is very friendly and provided exceptional service. I lived in the apartment for 3 weeks and it was perfect. I have to say that this is the first time I have met a host like this. Simone takes care of everything, contact with him is great and he also gives lots of tips on how to spend your time in Como well. I can only recommend it! Thank you Simone for everything ☺️

Perfect location close to the center and close to the lake very spacious and clean apartment that it has everything inside.Simone was the perfect host that park even our car and took us to the lake with his own car.I travelled with my family and the kids like the apartment. Como by itself is a beautiful place as ever, what makes is more special is our accommodation . Starting with the host who has been in touch ( giving details , information and offering any help needed) before my arrival. And during my stay he was welcoming and made my time in Como more comfortable and enjoyable. The flat is in very good condition and the location is in heart of the lake and near to all attractions places and all what you need from groceries to restaurants to all.

Simply its a wonderful place to stay at! The apartment was fully equipped, clean, quite, with alot of balconies. and its only 10 minutes to the center of Como. The owner is very supportive and helpful, he was the perfect host and made our family holiday more enjoyable. Thanks Simone for the exceptional accommodation! hopefully we’ll be back again one day.
