What a spot! Lovely view and the photos on booking.com are exactly what it is like. A decent walk down to Amalfi and back (about 1000 stairs), but our 8 and 10 year old were easily capable of the walk, particularly with the incentive on the hot tub on the return. Restaurants in the village are great too. Made a few meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Really cannot complain about anything, it felt like this was great value. We would love to return.

The kitchen and facilities look like they will be next for an upgrade, nothing at all wrong with them just a different style to the rest of the accommodation, which would then make this a 10/10 stop

The location was incredible. Its a bit out of Amalfi town which for us was great because we could pick and choose when to head into town and then relax and enjoy the views and terrace the rest of the time

There is nothing to complain.about.

We strongly recommend this accommodation. Apartment with breathtaking view, big terace with hot tube and a lot of lemon trees around. It is very well situated. Pontone itself is very nice place with 2 really good restaurants and Bar Blu with small food shop. From this place you can walk to many interesting place like Basilica Sant'Eustachio, Church in Minuta, Scala and Ravello with Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone. You can also walk down to Amalfi (more than 1000 stairs) or use local buses. Our host Gerardo was very kind and helpful person. Thank you.

The view from the Villa and especially from the hot tub was outstanding. I'll try to add some pictures that probably won't be able to show how awesome the place is!!!! We tried the local places Gerardo recommended, and food was delicious!!! Thanks, and we hope we'll see you again !!!!

This is our 2nd visit to Amalfi Sky View. Location is amazing, high up in the hills overlooking Amalfi and the sea. The property is well maintained and has a lot of character and the village has a small shop and a couple of restaurants. The walk to Amalfi is via steps which can be challenging for older visitors but local busses are frequent. Gerardo is a wonderful host. He met us on arrival and showed us around the property and although we didn’t need him much he was always available if needed to answer questions and often went above and beyond to help us. The location is beautiful. It is a well-connected quaint town in the mountains. Equidistant from Ravello and Amalfi. The concerned person met us at the gate, helped us with the luggage, guided us to the property, and then gave us a detailed tour of the property and its facilities. The person was clear, helpful, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Bonus: better than Amalfi city, there are multiple treks from this location to explore.

Everything was perfect! 💛 Beautiful apartment overlooking Amalfi, so spacious with an enormous private veranda including sun loungers, a dinning table and hot tub. We could not believe the entire space was just for us. Our host Gerardo was amazing and so kind, he organised taxis for us and was just so lovely. The apartment was close to Amalfi and Ravello and we also took a ferry to Positano and Capri and a taxi to Pompeii so the location was excellent for us. There are two pizza restaurants in the village and a shop. Would love to stay here again!

The house is very nice, clean, good size for 4 people, and well equiped. The host Mr Gerardo and his assistant Fiona are very helpful and friedly. I do recommend this house to anyone visiting Amalfi Coast!

The location is perfect: with a car you just need 2 mins to reach Ravello, or 5 mins to reach Amalfi (without traffic, and with italian driving ;)). The jacuzzi on the terrace is great to have a relaxing evening with some wine on the deck, looking down to the valley with Amalfi between the hills. The free parking space is a true life-saver in the Amalfi Coast. Overall everything was perfect, from the beginning to the end. And Mr. Gerardo is a true gentleman. We will surely come back.

A lot of stairs to get to Amalfi, would suggest this location to younger people.

Gerardo was a great host with a lovely house and property. The view from the patio was amazing and the lemon trees decorating the lawn were so pretty. Gerardo was very nice and left breakfast and a bottle of local wine for us. So many fun activities and restaurants in Amalfi.
