The staff were all wonderful and our room was magic! The hotel allowed us to use the pool and pool shower after the beach AFTER we checked out! As well as the shuttle back to the port. Bravo !!!

Lovely. Transfers to and from Capri were very easy and made this hotel amazing as you had the beach in the day and Capri town in the evening. Only negative- hotel staff at front desk were not helpful and acted indifferent to guest questions. Drivers were very kind and dependable.

Everything was perfect

Third time at this hotel for us and everything was simply perfect. The location, overlooking the Faraglioni in Marina Piccola, is second to none. The staff at the main restaurant were just exceptional ,they seemed to know what we needed before we even asked. A special touch was the lovely birthday cake I received at breakfast, which made the day even more memorable. The warmth and care from everyone made us feel truly at home. A big thank you also to the incredible team at the reception and all the staff across the hotel. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

Junior suite was perfect for a family of four. Amazing patio with breathtaking view. Room had great air conditioning. Shuttle to central Capri was very helpful and never waited more than a few minutes. Breakfast was great at a reasonable price. Pool was great and beach was fun! Would definitely recommend Weber to friends!

The location was incredible and perfect for our stay in Capri. The hotel shuttle service was so content and reliable we felt connected to the town whilst also being on the water .

Front desk staff were always a bit abrupt-but it's understandable.The hotel is jam-packed,with people coming and going at all times-so I can imagine over time it wears them down. But at least they were superficially polite. Cleaning staff,consistently all 7 days,seemed unhappy,as if they were prisoners of war.I believe most were from countries other than Italy . It would have been nice to have some quality grain bread at breakfast instead of the bland sliced white bed from the supermarket . For us vegans it would have nice to have some baked beans.Or some prunes.Or nut butters or nuts. Cereal quality was of the cheap variety.I did appreciate they had soy milk available . The shuttle service at port pickup is a disaster on busy days.Several people told me they waited over an hour. But in fairness public Taxis required an even longer wait.

This hotel has really changed for the better!!!! Years ago it was dumpy;now it's a proper 4-star hotel. My room,with outdoor terrace,offered a spectacular view of the entire Marina Piccolo area(the most visually stunning side of the island,imo).Rooms seem brand new.There are 2 quick elevators so rarely a wait for one. Hotel corridors looked pristine .Air con was acceptable.By Italian standards breakfast was acceptable. And the view at breakfast is simply unbelievable! Baked apples available several days! Lunch and dinner had surprisingly good a la carte items. Bartender was always friendly. Despite the crowds checkin and checkout took under a minute. Baggage staff delivers to room.

Our room was the cheapest option and I didn't like that the bell boy took our bags all the way through the pool to get to the room. It was a little embarrasing. They should have put the bags in the room ahead of time.

Taxi wanted to charge 35 euros to get to the Ambassador, but the Ambassador only charged 14 euros. Great deal. The shuttle into Capri was free, easy, and plentiful. Location was perfect. The property was even better than the photos. The beach is right below the hotel and an easy walk. I wished I stayed here another night. It was a great deal for us, but others said they paid twice what we did. Our room was huge and there was even an ocean view even though we booked the cheapest room. Stay here if you're in Capri for one night.

There is no iron in the room. We needed to use one of the evenings but had to wait some time as they were all in use,

The hotel is in a fabulous location with a beautiful pool, view and close to the beach. There is a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to the centre of capri. The staff are very helpful.
