There was no parking place when I arrived. It is located in a commercial zone which was very crowded. The lock of the door was so difficul to open.. I heard people talking from the next room.

You can hear everything from the rooms near by. The code to enter in the palace was not given to us - we had to contact the host.

Room big enough, nice that nearby is a tobacco shop and a nice caffe bar. The bed was comfortable.

Beautiful room and super clean but incredibly noisy ! We had noise during the afternoon and early evening and then from 6am the next day, so if you want to sleep longer thats not the best place 😆 but the room was big and pretty and the location is also cool (10min from Como by car)

The bathroom was little old and needed to renewing.

The place was nice and the location was very close to Como city. The online check in was very flexible and was easy to enter the property.

The place was very clean and not far from Como. It was the cheapest price we could find at last minute. But still could be cheaper.

As in other reviews - the biggest problem is the thin walls and the double bed made up of two singles (hole in the middle)

The room was clean and tidy. Very good communication with the hotel in English. The room was larger than expected. Thick curtains that allowed to sleep peacefully. Big plus for the hair dryer together with the adapter (reading previous reviews, I thought there was no)

Nothing other than the brief inconvenience that Google maps did not locate it correctly from the in-app link. Not the best location for persons without personal transport as it is outside Como.

Price/quality/location/staff response all excellent for a simple property. Unusual as a set of rooms downstairs from a small roadside shopping center/restaurant(that we did not try, but that looked popular). Google maps missed the location by one building. No exterior signage visible from the street. Set on hillside, the rooms face away from the road, so are quiet. Unusual also in the management process. All done online via text and a dedicated check-in website with building entry code and a coded door lock. Pleasant cleaning staff. We would use it again without question.

The place was clean and comfortable. There is a coffee shop just outside the building. On street parking is also available. Was a bit tricky to find location with Google Maps but this is no fault of owner. Self check in was also ok.

The locking system for the room isn't great , luckily a very nice lady (house keeping) helped us but she also struggled. We lost WiFi for a while but there was a bit of a storm so it could have been that

Location was great for a stop over on route to Switzerland. A supermarket near by and places to eat. We didn't have any problems parking but there isn't any dedicated parking for the Wayco.

The only minus for more sensitive people can be the noise of cars from the street.

The rooms are really clean. Reception staff were operative with texting and friendly upon arrival. The location is good, near a bus stop and a shop. It is great for a short stay.
