Lovely hotel , friendly staff , great location

The only problem we had was that our shower door leaked a bit and got the floor wet.

We loved everything about the property! Perfect location with fabulous view of lake and marina. Easy walk to restaurants, ferry dock, shopping, etc. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. The breakfast was fabulous every morning and I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful the staff was to first time travelers to the area!

From the moment that we entered the hotel and received a warm, friendly welcome by Aurora, we loved this hotel. We felt like family, all staff treated you as a valued guest and not just another patron . The room was fresh and modern with a contemporary feel. We had a lovely view over the small harbour and part Seaview. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety of choices was incomparable. The location is perfect. On the lakefront, 3 minutes from the ferry and located amongst numerous restaurants and shops.

Nothing, just perfect!

This hotel has many more stars than those displayed, it is truly a gem in the tourism industry - and we have seen many hotels in different locations over the years. It is difficult to say which part was best: the ideal location, the warm and always serving staff or the perfectly insulated rooms, most of them overlooking the gorgeous Garda Lake. A hotel to remember and a place to return, soon, we hope.

That we hadn't more time 💕

On arrival at Hotel Vittorio we were amazed at the fantastic location with the most beautiful view of lake Garda. We were travelling for most of the day and we were exhausted with the heat when we got there which we aren't used to in Ireland. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Liliana who gave us the warmest of welcomes and instantly cheered us up. She told us we were upgraded to a terrace view from a balcony and all I can say upon entering the room and opening the terrace doors is WOW. It was the icing on the cake. We were in Italy to celebrate our anniversary and this was the nicest gift we could have received. Our room was modern, spotlessly clean and had the nicest headboard I have ever seen. The breakfast was scrumptious with a great choice. We will definitely be back.

Staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, especially when we needed to book taxis or needed restaurant recommendations. The hotel rooms were very clearly recently renovated and we loved the fresh contemporary design and modern bathroom. Location was very central yet away from the noisier bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent - very fresh and varied. We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and are looking forward to staying there again soon.

The parking is 8 minutes away which is a bit difficult with a baby and a stroller. But that’s not a big issue.

Excellent location,fabulous choice of breakfast. Andrea at reception was helpful gave us tips on where to eat and all were super choices. All staff were polite and friendly.

Shower was terrible Drainage in the bathroom sink was poor. Toilet flush kept sticking so had to press it a few times to stop the water.

Please provide 2 bottles of water for 2 guests! Breakfast was just OK (Asian hotel standards) but good when considering the quality of breakfast seen in Europe. Some dishes were very cold when supposed to be warm.

Polite and helpful hotel staff especially Selma. The room was spacious and clean with a good mattress. AC worked well. Bathroom was of a good size too. All standard amenities included. Hotel is fairly centrally located and nearby parking was provided at a reduced rate. Breakfast was included in our stay.

We were in room 207, which we think had been recently refurbed. We had an amazing view over the lake. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff were amazing, helpful and welcoming. A special shout out to Aurora and Liliana!

Wonderful welcome by staff. The location is excellent. We had balcony overlooking the lake. Easy access to walks along the lake shore and boat trips. Breakfast very good. Central for restaurants and shops.

The beds were awful, they were so hard they made my body hurt.

The people working the front desk were Wonderful and you can beat the location. The breakfast had so many choices, delicious!
