The room was very clean and comfortable, we had a double room with a seating area desk and fridge. We parked directly outside and it was a 5 minute walk into the old town.

We had a wonderful stay at this stylish boutique hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and with all the amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is just a short and easy walk to the centre of the city, and a free parking space is offered right in front.

There is no staff except a housekeeper part time. It just felt kind of cold. No wifi the first night. No hot water the last morning.

Great location in the heart of the city, with reserved parking spots just I front of the hotel. Extremely friendly and reactive owner and extra easy self checkin procedure if you arrive in the off hours.

The other guests can be noisy as the main staircase is located in front of the bedrooms so one can hear voices, luggage been towed up and down. Obviously not the property's fault but can be annoying.

Very nice house on one of the main roads circling Modena city centre. The location is perfect, easy parking in front of the property. The room is comfortable, clean and with modern furniture.

our room was on the ground floor so there was a little bit noise when people coming and exit building, but we knew that when we booked so it didn't bother us, but for someone who is a light sleeper it might be a problem

The accommodations and location is wonderful!

Firstly, the host was very accessible via phone, text and email. She was absolutely lovely. Lucy, the housekeeper, did a fabulous job of keeping the room clean and fresh. She also helped with directions to the nearest coffee bar. Raffaella, at reception was so welcoming and friendly. We so enjoyed talking to her.

Stairs were a bit too much for us. We had several heavy suitcases and bags we had to carry. A workout!!

Beautiful and great location they combine the old style Italy with a very clean modern presentation. And it’s right in the center of town. Unbelievably well located. And the communication from the hotel was spectacular, they gave us excellent directions and how to navigate the tight streets of Bologna and arrive safely at the hotel in the first pass. The best value in a hotel that we’ve had this entire seven day trip ! we wish we would’ve started here at this hotel in Bologna. We probably would’ve stayed three nights not just the one night.

Thought I was booking a boutique hotel/pension type. Actually more Air BnB as no staff after 1 pm-self check in normally from 3- and no breakfast facilities other than tea/ coffee machines. So rather expensive by Modena standards.

Too close to the train station which is under construction

No negatives. My friends and I were ok with the long walk from the train station with our bags but be aware of this consideration if you are unwilling to spend money on a taxi (~20ish minute walk).

Excellent location/neighborhood, spacious rooms with modern fittings in the bathroom, and the incredible Ginevra who guided us through all of our needs (she helped book dinner, balsamic vinegar tasting/experience, taxi cab logistics, etc). Ginevra also told us about the best places in Modena to spend time, get a drink, etc. The apartment came with free espresso and filtered water to fill our water bottles. We were also allowed late checkout. I would stay in Vittorio Veneto again any time in a heartbeat.
