-The location: it is very close to the Cittadella parking. -the availability of snacks and coffee machine for breakfast, and free mineral water in the mini fridge

-the building is quite old and the appliances not very well maintained -it was not possible to close the window completely, so any external noise was very disturbing - the air conditioning system was very noisy and difficult to be oriented out of the bed - very few local TV channels visible; anyway Netflix available - I tried to communicate with the property before the trip via WhatsUp and booking messaging system but I never got any answer (check-in and city tax payments are done via Internet through a specific online platform).

-Communication with the host -top location -cleaness -nicely equipted -coffee and water put in the room 😃👍

-bed could have a better mattress

The 2 double bedroom were both very large,with TV, fridge and ac in each one. We were very surprised to find an iron which very unusual, would really recommend!

Nothing for the price it was really good plus the location!!

The room was so small. The air was not working well. There was only one key. The bathroom had a sewer smell the whole time. They would not allow early check in even though it was free to get in. The website states a 10am check out but that was a lie. Its 930am. Not easy to work with.

Good location, close to the city center, Arena and the bus station we also had snacks included, water and a coffee maker

check-out had to be done too early, at 09.30, not at 10.00 as it said on booking the bathroom was not clean and it was also very small The temperature was too hot inside The price was too high for the condition

Room was large and spacious and location good for the arena.

Bed was broken and uncomfortable, cheap cracked plastic plates in cupboard which was loose on the wall. Ceiling and plants covered in dust. Toilet roll holder hanging of wall.Shower cubicle very small, water didn’t drain and it leaked, to be fair I did report the shower issue and they did respond quickly and stopped the leak but didn’t un clog the drain.So didn’t bother to complain about the rest at the time. Was disappointed with this room.my husband even cleaned one of the plants as it was above the bed and I was concerned about dirt dropping on me. As you will see in pictures.

You can’t beat the location or price.

It was advertised as air-conditioned, but only 1 of the 2 bedrooms had AC. When we arrived the unit was 28 degrees. We turned the Ac on in the room that had it, but it took hours to cool the place down. I contacted the rental agency upon entry of the unit about getting a fan to move some air. It was 14 hours before I got a response, and that was after I had since sent a 2nd request with an additional issue. We were not able to utilize the 2nd bedroom, that I paid for, our first night. The response I received addressed the new issue, but never acknowledged that the room was hot or that there was a solution for it. However, early in the evening, maintenance knocked on the door and had brought a 2nd cooling unit to install in the 2nd bedroom. We did have working AC out 2nd night. And while I do appreciate that the problem was addressed, we just kept having new problems. When we arrived back at the room the 2nd day, the entire unit reeked of a sewer smell that seemed to originate from somewhere in the bathroom. We had to keep that door closed so it contained the gas somewhat. We notified the rental agency about that as well.

The beds are super comfy, and the coffee machine, water, and some bites are available in the room. Air-conditioning and TV were also great.

Check out time is too early for average checkout time in other places.

Very well located, the room was spacious and with the necessary to take a breakfast.

The check-in is quite early.
