Very nice room in the heart of the city, everything was 10-15 mins walking. Clean, cozy and with all the amenities one would need. The host was amazing, suggesting restaurants and walking routes to see the best parts of the city.

Wonderful location and only a few minutes walk to the Spanish steps. Other landmarks were also within walking distance being roughly 10-20min walks. The property was right near some great restaurants and cafes. The room had everything we needed. It was clean with great air conditioning to combat the summer heat. Fabrizio was super accomodating and keep in good communication in regards to our arrival so that he could be there to great us and help us with our luggage. He also gave us a run down and a map of Rome and sights to see. I would highly recommend :)

Nothing in particular - the only observation that I have is the size of the shower. It is not as easy to move around but as I said, nothing major

The host was very welcoming and went the extra mile to make us have a smooth check eventhough it was late in the evening. He cooled the room for us ahead of our arrival so we found the room freshly waiting for us

Bit of a walk from the nearest metro station. The shower offers very little privacy

Location was great, we felt very safe! Beds were comfy after a long day of walking and exploring the city. The room was bigger than I expected and fit our family of 4 perfectly. Fabrizio was great and so helpful! He gave us recommendations of local places to try and was very friendly. The room was quieter than what I had read in reviews so that was a plus too!

Host was incredible!! Gave us an entire map with tips, directions, & insight to the city of Rome. He was so kind & helpful! Everything was amazing. We felt safe, room was so nice, bathroom shower was huge, there was free water & coffee in the room. Location was incredible, just 5 minutes walk from Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps & next to tons of shops & a bus station.

The room is a bit on the smaller side, but very simply and tastefully decorated with all your modern requirements which makes it comfortable.

Sad that we only had one night at this accommodation. Small and intimate boutique rooms very tastefully styled and wonderfully located for exploring the city. We even had a operatic busker singing beautiful music just below our window. Host Fabrizio was so lovely. Great with communication and recommendations. Would definitely stay again when visiting Rome and having more time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Great location and convenient for shopping and seeing history. We even walked back from the Vatican (about 2 miles). Fabrizio was very friendly and met us when we arrived.

Location and host were amazing, room we were given was alot smaller than pictured but lovely all the same, beds were really comfy and had USB ports next to the bed to charge your phone, aircon and even a coffee machine!, we opted for breakfast ontop of the room price- this wasnt at the hotel but was only the next street down you didnt get a choice for breakfast it was a coffee & croissant then a choice of either orange juice or half a ham and cheese toastie - lovely and more than enough for breakfast but not what we assumed would be offered.

Just had the most wonderful stay, Fabrizio is the most attentive and helpful host. We went to 2 of the restaurant that he recommended and they were by far the best meals we had. The hotel is in the perfect location for everything, good size, rooms were lovely and clean. Had a minor issue with the air con (which may have been user error) and although there is often no staff on site Fabrizio replied to our message immediately and was soon on hand to help. Could not recommend more. Also the most comfortable bed!

Small rooms

Although small room, it had all that you need. Located a bit outside the main areas, however in an adorable section of town. Loved the cafe located downstairs just outside the unit in which we had our morning coffee/sweets. The side streets are lovely. Was a good 25+ minutes to main historic area but worth the walk as it’s the best way to see the city.
