From the pictures we misunderstood that this rooftop will have direct acces from our room while this is common for all 3 rooms. And it was much dustier than the pictures show, with dirty pillows. Poorly working airconditioning in the room and ants in the bathroom.

The aircon was not powerful enough to cool the rooms when it was very hot outside, there was only one room with an extra fan which helped keep cool. The stairs are very narrow so the lift was essential to get cases up to the rooms. The rooftop terrace could do with a covered area for shade. The pillows were terrible, very hard!

Location was amazing in the old town, it was modern the rooms were large with comfortable beds. The rooftop was a fantastic place to hang out in the late afternoon when there was some shade. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The elevator was slow

The room was good with a little balcony. Bathroom was spacious. The closet could have more hangers. Only what’s missing is a chair so you can put your jacket or purse/bag on. The property is in the middle of Old town Bari! Everything is in walking distance. We had a late check in like after midnight but that was no problem. Thanks for the great service from Davide! He checked in the middle of the night if we arrived okay! And given us info about Bari and even arranged a taxi from Bari to the airport!

No batteries for the TV remote, small leak in the shower, some damp in the bedroom. Very small things.

There was no breakfast, but the room was clean and spacious, the roof terrace very pleasant, and the kitchen area very usable. The location in Borgo Antico was ideal.

The room appeared to have been renovated a few years ago, but since then, it seems little to no maintenance has been done. The sink in the bathroom was in poor condition, and overall, the room did not meet our expectations. One of the towels was dirty, and we found a lot of black hair on the bed and table, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. Additionally, there was a strange, unpleasant smell in the room.

On the plus side, the location was very good.

Kind staff responding quickly to messages. Comfortable check-in at any time. The lift runs slowly, giving you more time for romantic kisses :) Don't worry, it arrives at destination. Perfect location!

We paid £125 a night which was not value for money. Small room. Decent shower but sink didn’t drain away easily. No servicing of room & then told in text to get rid of rubbish outside ourselves. TV aerial wasn’t working (half sized fuzzy picture) , electric point to one side of bed was falling off the wall, very dangerous. Air con was non existent & set to heat. Fan in room instead but still too hot. Hate to think how hot the room would be in the summer. Asked for additional pillows - not delivered but did find one in a drawer which was badly stained & had no pillow case. UGH! Curtains were torn. Safe didn’t work. Stairs to room were very narrow & lift is very slow.

Location was amazing. Contact with Apulia accommodation manager was good. Room was modern but very basic.
