How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It’s pretty quirky with interesting decor. I found myself eating alone in the restaurant both in the evening and the next morning so the restaurant area was not particularly popular.
This place is a little way from the centre in a quiet part of town. The swimming pool is lovely. The room was quite large and the bathroom adequate but with a small shower. The staff were super friendly. There’s lovely and secure parking immediately outside the room which was appreciated for the motorbike. Breakfast was good. I had a salad in the evening which was also pretty good.

Breakfast had a lot of sweets and meat and the eggs were cold 90% of our stay. Not a lot of choices for a vegetarian or people not use to eating sugar. We even tried to order room service for breakfast and although the eggs were not cold they were just passable with no option to choose how you would like them prepared. The supply of items ran out several mornings no matter how early we arrived for breakfast, juice, food, utensils, plates were unavailable on some mornings. This was a problem as our day was on a strict time schedule.
Location perfect for our needs. Quiet, staff accommodating and friendly nicely decorated. Parking was a plus, convenient and safe. Spa and both indoor and outdoor pool was very nice,

In the breakfast - many sweets, some meet and cheese - no hot meal and no vegetables!!!
Privat parking place close to the room. Outside swimming pool - for free. Close was bar, with drinks. With additional cost it is possible to use SPA. Bed comfortable, room clean. Thanks!

Only that breakfast starts at 7 but that the hot foods will not be available until later as they start preparing it when people start turning up and only in small portions. therefore if in a hurry one will have to miss out.
I liked that each room had their own car garage. You just step out of the car and into the room. Also possible to get access to the hotel through internal doors

Night manager could have booked a taxi in advance, as told, rather than wait for last minute. Unnecessary stress when you get told there’s no taxi right now, but you have a flight to catch
The ladies on restaurant/bar always had a smile on their faces and really friendly.

Clean rooms. Very nice outdoor pool, would be nice relaxing next to in summer when it's warmer. Breakfast was good too. Plenty of choice, sweet and salty options.

Location was very good for our travel purposes. Room was very quiet, even though the property is next to the highway. I can really recommend this facility to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

We booked through Booking.com for 4 nights, 4 adults and 3 children (ages 5, 6, 8) in 3 rooms. At check-in, the hotel informed us that they had received our booking with children’s ages listed as 0,0,0 (apparently a technical error from Booking.com). They updated the ages and allowed us to enter the rooms. The next day, when we returned to the hotel around 22:00, one of the rooms was locked, and the hotel refused to open it unless we paid an extra charge of €189 per room (€378 for two rooms), claiming it was due to the children’s ages. They only gave us access after payment. This situation caused us stress and felt unfair and unprofessional.

the rooms stink of cigarettes everything is very old and run down beds and linens were of low quality staff unprofessional
the pool is clean but very small it costs 15 euro entry which we were only told on check out bathroom is good
