Room’s door lock and key were so simple like literally almost anyone could unlock the without proper real key. Don’t leave anything valuable stuff in the room while you are not in there. Bed pillow was way too high to sleep for me.

Getting into the apartment was a little difficult, instruction's should be more clear. I was disappointed that the windows were opaque so felt like we were in a box. There was a lot of noise; a mechanical noise, maybe from the lift just outside the room. This woke me up a few times. Also a lot of banging and doors slamming and people shouting early in the morning. However, no traffic noise.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Location is great -being between the train station and Alta.

Dirty. Shit in the toilet and a very inconvenient contactless check-out. Wanted us to fill out documents without information or a pen. Documents still said 2024. We had to buy a pen in the morning before checking out.

The aircondition was working. That is good I guess - we were not allowed to change temperatur..

I like that this apartment was close to lovely coffee shops. Within walking distance from the train station. Host was very nice. Would recommend this place.

The location is great. Just 5 min from the airport bus. Behind the building is the shopping street with lots of shops and restaurants. Location couldn’t be better. The apartment itself was also great. Clean, big and very warm. Great value for money! I would stay there again definitely. We were in Bergamo one night only and it was amazing.

The bed was not clean and we had to remove the hair that they didn’t cleaned it good . The check in was good with the code we got by the owner but we had to fill a paper for our pass information that I didn’t like it because it easier to fill online not in paper and specially we wanted to stay one night and then in morning we take our flight so it was not good to fill on paper . You need to think that you need to pay 3 euro tax per person per night and it was not possible to pay with card only with cash that we didn’t had and i went to city to take some money from the ATM

You hear the building andelevator really loud, like the whole room shakes every time the elevator goes on. The water never really gets warm in the shower. The watercooker was so dirty we just couldn't use it. We slept so bad here that we just decided to get a different hotel and pay double. Also the staff were not clear with check in information and we ended up waiting like 3 hours after the check in time to be able to get inside. We also had to pay a tourist tax in cash which I didn't feel comfortable with. And the list goes on. Would not recommend it.

We left the city tax money in the mail box but then the property owner lied about it and took it again from my credit card. So be careful and made video how you put it there.

Would be nice if the room also had a small minifridge, but that's not too much of an issue.

The location was fantastic, and the room was extremely spacious. I really appreciated the check in and check out process via mailbox as our flight arrived quite late.

- The floor in the bathroom is partly broken - The shower self is very moldy - There is no view from the window - Expensive - Charging an extra fee of EUR 30 - 50 for phone support is bizarre.

- The entrance is nice and entry is self-service - It is very quiet inside the apartment
