I feel this is not a good solution for more than a couple of days since there are no kitchen facilities to prepare a home meal. Yes there is a room (private) and lobby (shared) fridge but that is not enough. Sounds travel easily through the rooms.

The room and apartment were spotlessly cleaned every day, the decor is good and just right. AC for a hot roman summer! Room size is excellent for a family. The host was also super kind in allowing us to store the luggage before check-in.

The room is big and bright. Location is also good, only few minutes walk to the metro station. We could reach Colosseum and Rome main station very quickly. In the public area there’s free coffee.

We spent four wonderful nights in Federico's apartment! Everything was as described. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super! The owner has taken care of all the small details to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible - coffee machine, tea, small mini bar fridge, towels and daily cleaning of the room was included. He was also kind enough to recommend places to eat nearby. The place is located very close to a metro stop and it was very easy to get around to all famous destinations. Thank you Federico! If we visit Rome again some day, we will definitely look for you!

Sound-proofing of the rooms is not so good.

Everything was perfect. Optimal location, room cleaning every day, free unlimited coffee, and the owner is a real angel. Rooms were exactly like in the photos. We couldn't have wished for more during our stay in Rome!

Great communication with host, beautiful view of the courtyard, convenient parking that was affordable near by as well as fairly close public transportation. The place was beautiful, well maintained, and seemed incredibly safe.

Very clean, close to metro station (20 min to the Colossum, direct line), seemed to be a safe neighbourhood. Host, Federico, supported us with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.

Excellent location. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro and on many bus routes and about 15/20 minutes to central Rome. Metro and buses are cheap €1.50. Many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities within a few minutes walk.

One time it was quite noisy early in the morning when some of the neighboring guests were using the common kitchen.

The room was luxurious, bright and clean. The bathroom was spacious and equipped with everything we need, and the blue light was quite interesting. In the room, we had our own fridge and TV.

The shower water pressure was a bit off and it was really difficult not to fill the entire bathroom with water whenever you showered. It is quite far away from the city center, even though the access to public transport from the propriety is very easy.

The room was comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. Cleaning is done every day between 10-12. The neighborhood is nice and seems like there are less tourists around. There are lots of shops and supermarkets, haven’t tried the restaurants around the propriety though.

Federico the owner is a really cool guy! Very friendly, always available to assist us with anything we required and to provide any info we needed, with suggestions of places to visit and directions to get there as well! The apartment was exceptionally clean which is exactly what we were looking for and is tastefully furnished.

There was no staff around to check-out and it was hard to find the guesthouse the first time. Location isn't ideal, but totally worth it for Rome prices.

Super comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were very clean, with toiletries available. A very good room considering Rome prices. 100% recommend!

Viola was very kind and polite, checked me in personally and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is clean and spacious and has a private bathroom complete with shower and everything is renovated.
