The host, Vincenzo is very nice, responsive to message and will try his best to recommend nice restaurants, places to visit with daily snacks available, the location of Vinci place is near local areas, just a few minutes to the nearest railway station (Emmanuel) , around 10 min walk from Rome termini and only 2 minutes to the bus station number 71 (can go quite a lot of places) or you may opt to walk to via Nazionale for more choices of buses even hop on hop off buses. Nothing about the property itself, it was great! ❤️ Would just give visitors a heads up about a few scammers lurking around nearby (and throughout Rome in general). So be cautious and only seek assistance from reliable people.

The location is so central! We could walk from the train station (luggage and all) and it’s close to a few attractions. Vincenzo is an incredible host! Although he was not there to meet us, check in was smooth with clear instructions. We got complimentary snacks and water daily which saved us on days we were stuck sightseeing and missed lunch.

The apartment is in a perfect location close to the train station. Supermarket, clothing store and an affordable laundry just steps away. The apartments are spotless, bright and have an incredibly quiet air conditioner, which is very important to me when I travel. But what truly makes the stay special is Vincenzo’s hospitality, it feels like visiting an old friend. If a washing machine were added, this would be the perfect place to stay.

Vinci house was amazing, esp Vincenzo the host! He was there to welcome us, give us the keys and showed us on a big map he has on the wall of Rome city.. everything, places to visit, eat etc. our room was serviced/cleaned every morning. Got 2 bottles of water and 2 pastries every day too. Room and bathroom were good size too. Very secure and has a small lift. Can see Santa Maria Maggiore from window, resting place of Late Pope Francisco. Highly recommend Vinci house if you are in Rome!

Everything was perfect.

Vinci’s Guest House was an unexpected find with excellent value for money. The highlight of our stay was the attention and care Vincenzo gives to his guests. He made a point of meeting us on the street and helping with our luggage, and he provided great recommendations for food, sightseeing, transportation tips, and some insights about Rome. He stayed in touch with us in real time the entire time, always very helpful. The accommodation is excellent — a spacious room, large bathroom, everything very new, clean, and well-organized. The shower was amazing, the street is busy during the day but quiet at night, and it’s close to several stations. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Close to the main train station. Within walking distance of the coliseum and forum and a metro station a few hundred meters away. We found that most attractions in the city were very walkable from the property but having the metro close by was very handy to quickly get to the Vatican. A very friendly host with very good communication who took the time to map out for us all of the main areas and attractions (we only had 2 days so this was a big help) and gave us some very good recommendations for food and drink.

Vinci House is a lovely, clean and modern apartment in a great location. It’s air conditioned and has everything you need including hair dryers, ironing board, an iron, a small fridge and a safe. There is a metro station at the end of the street connecting you to all parts of the city and it is 1 stop from Termini train station should you need to change to a different line. Termini itself is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Vincenzo is an exceptional host and a fountain of knowledge of all things Rome. He made the whole check in process so smooth. He is so organised with his detailed PDFs which share guidance on how to check in to the apartment, how to get around Rome and his top food/drink places. He kindly stocks your fridge each morning with bottles of water and a pastry for the next morning which was a lovely touch. Couldn’t fault our stay at all. Highly recommend!

A little noise but it was the weekend and in the middle of Rome - not a problem

Very comfortable boutique hotel in a great position. The host Vincenzo met us for an early check in and was very friendly and helpful with tips for our short stay in Rome. Short walk to the bus station.

I don’t realize there was a hallway with two other rooms. Could hear people come in and out. The kitchen could be stocked with a basic items so we could make breakfast.

Everything was fantastic. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Vincenzo who took us through the main attractions in Rome and marked on map. He showed us around the facilities and room. He also messages us every day to check in to see if we needed anything. Leo his little companion was very cute too and gave us a warm welcome. The room was large enough and had a fantastic view of the street below. It was very quiet from the street noise and the other rooms. Vincenzo left complimentary water and pastries every day. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere.

Excellent location, close to the train station, metro and some of the key stops. Great self check in as we arrived late and ability to leave our luggage at the end was great. Room was very spacious, quiet, clean and comfy - couldn't fault it. The real star is Vincenzo who is the loveliest gentleman! He is so attentive and his dog is the CUTEST! We will definitely stay again when visiting Rome in the future.
