The hotel room was not that clean, the bathroom floor had some spots on the tiles. The junior suite is not well structured for a family with little kids the beds are way far from each other

It looks online like there’s a swimming pool at the property but it’s actually the aqua park across the road. No iron available. The breakfast waiters were smoking outside by our table (indoors) with the door open one morning. Very very minor but no ketchup or beans available at breakfast so cooked breakfast was quite dry.

Free waterpark access included for guests. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Good value for money. Spacious room. Decent choice of breakfast options. Staff were friendly.

Got there around 16:30, check in is from 14:00 and our room wasn’t ready. Maybe because of that but room cleaning was also not finished when we got the room. Couch was opened but it was only two of us, when we closed it it was dirty under it.

There was no public transport near or at walking distance. Mattresses were a bit slumped.

Thr staff (especially Roberto) was very nice. View from the balcony was also nice to see.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Good level of english in the reception. Convenient and easy parking. Good breakfast. Clean. Great location and we all loved the well organized waterpark, with professional staff that made us feel safe. Our trip through Europe for 3 weeks and staying in 5 different countries - this was by far the best value for money. Thank you!

Air-conditioning was very old with no option to adjust temperature - first night we could barely sleep. Fridge in the room was cooling very slowly. Hotel definitely needs renovation, even shower doors were destroyed when opening the shower.

Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Breakfast was good, room and bathroom - big, spacey. We receieved additional free entry to water park on the other side of the road, however we were not able to use it as it was closed the only day when we had time. Hotel personel was doing their best and was really nice.

Fridge in room was really loud. The price for dogs is quite high considering they are not allowed in restaurant.

Despite some of the negative reviews here, we were very positively surprised! Staff very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom very clean and the best of all was the amazing 4 course dinner and great breakfast buffet. Just because it is not the newest hotel in the world does not mean you cant have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff were really helpful. Hotel very clean. Only negative no tea & coffee in the room. Towel rail amazing as it dried all our sodden clothes overnight when we had been cycling and soaked to the skin.

The bathroom definitely needeed some work, it was very clean and stylish but the grout was falling out and could do with a refurbish. Also the air conditioning unit was very noisy througout the night so I would have slept better if it was quieter.

The location, the views, the balcony, the room all great! The style of the hotel and the bar were really classy, clean and fresh. I am very glad there was air conditioning and that we were given a room with two beds as requested. The staff were super friendly and helpful and kind at the reception desk and during breakfast.

The hotel is gigantic, and so are the rooms and the terrace. Plenty of space to go around and the views are great. The underground parking which was included in the price was a great bonus. Location-wise it's in the middle of nowhere, but since it's car-centric you can reach plenty of restaurants within a 10min. drive. There is a restaurant on the premises offering a set menu dinner. The breakfast was classic hotel style, with enough options, but nothing special.

In a good location, close to a store and shopping center, parking in an underground garage, friendly, helpful staff, very delicious, plentiful buffet breakfast.
