Everything was great, just missed a chef's knife and cutting board.

Modern condo 5 min walk to main beach (Lama Monachile) and downtown action. Nice and friendly neighborhood. Very convenient private parking in underground garage, with elevator to apt. Apt is large, very modern, clean, and well equipped. Kitchen is big and easy to use.

The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony. It was clean and new and very well situated in relation to the town and train station. The Supermarket nearby was great.

The cushions- the quality should be improved. The only thing to be improved- everything else was perfect!

I thought the place was perfect! Brand new, great kitchenette, aircon perfect, outdoor spa e very elengant. The position was amazing! So close to everything!

Everything was perfect

Everything, from the location to the staff to the facilities, the place was fantastic. The apartment itself was stunning, clean, had everything you could want and need. The staff were above and belong helpful and so polite. The building had a huge private and safe car park, we were met at the door and guided to our private space. There is then a lift from the car park to all upper floors, it was ideal. The entire place was air conditioned and directly below a supermarket. The apartment had a beautiful outdoor area which was cool and shaded from the 33° heat, made sitting outside so pleasant. Bathroom was spacious and the shower had a waterfall head and a hose and even a shelf for products and plenty room to move around. The bed was very comfortable. There was lots of lighting. There was a sofa and a dining table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen, I would come back and stay for much longer, I would stay forever if I could😁

The apartment was very comfortable, every little detail was thoughtfully considered. AC was working effectively. The location is in a quieter area and still very close to the old city. It was great to have a supermarket in the same building. I wish we stayed longer, if we ever come back to polignaro a mare, it will be our first choice

Wish there were blackout shades on the bedroom window. Sunrise was very early.

New and modern apartment with full kitchen. Especially liked the rain shower head in bathroom. Quiet and near everything you would want. 3 minute walk to train station.

The Wi-Fi is quite slow and occasionally drops out — it definitely needs improvement.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is a few minutes from the center. Most of the attractions are nearby, modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated — everything feels fresh and new, is quiet and has a balcony, perfect for the morning. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference during the hot days. The apartment had everything we needed, and the little touches made it even more special — free water, juice, and some snacks were kindly provided, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Floriana and Marcos were genuinely kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely stay here again!

Towel exchange, pillows, school across can be a little noisy but the windows when closed are semi soundproof (except drum practice) only once in awhile though. Stove top was a bit tricky until we got the hang of it.

SO CLEAN!!! We liked the location of the property. It’s close to all the sites, shopping & train. Having the grocery store below was a huge bonus! We LOVED the black out blinds on both living room & bedroom windows (so nice!) the deck, being able to separate the bedroom & bathroom off with the pocket door. Loved the shower, the bed w/ reading lights, the well equipped kitchen with new dishes, pots/pans, cutlery/ wine glasses/ glasses. Full fridge w/freezer. Bathroom has great storage for personal items & the bedroom a closet w/ two drawers, place to hang clothes. Drying rack, iron, ironing board ✔️ Elevator ✔️

I can only highly recommend Vilu.

It couldn't be better. Floriana thought of everything to make our stay as exceptional as could be. She was very helpful and pointed out the different touristic destinations. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. All new and modern. And she offers you in-building parking if reserved. Very well located: the historic center is 5-7 minutes away. Grotta Pallazzesse is also a 5 minutes walk. There is a laundry nearby and a good supermarket on the ground floor. We used it as our base to Alberobello and Matera and we also took a tour to the "grottos". I definitely recommend Vilu!

The place was great. Everything in the apartment was brand new and beautifully designed. There was a coffee maker, tea maker, juice and water in the fridge. The toilet was one of the best I haver had in a trip. The shower products were high quality. Highly recommended

Everything! well thought out apartment. Larger than expected. nice big balcony. great location between the train station and the main area. even though no breakfast they left juice, toasts, jam and snacks. there is a supermarket nearby. beautiful apartment. would definitely stop here again if we came back to Polignano.

Floriana met us at check-in and explained the parking, room and check-out arrangements. Good parking area in the basement. Very convenient supermarket located in the building.
