The kitchen is not well furnished as it lacks the strict minimum such as salt / pepper, olive oil or even coffee / tea, which is not really practical to buy just for a few day. The road to go the house may be dangerous if you are on foot.

The view is stunning! The check-in is easy and well documented with pictures and explanations.

It is great to have a garage, but we did miss the entrance when we first arrived and ended up quite a way away before we could find somewhere to turn round. The kitchen had all the basics, but the hob was a bit tricky to use as the ignition button didn't work - some long matches would have helped. The two sofa beds (one is past its best) are actually in a cellar room (which is not clear in the listing and felt a little odd). Although it smelled a bit musty my teenage son was happy to sleep there as it was much cooler. The information folder could include details about recycling and rubbish collecton - but Guiseppie responded quickly to our question about this.

A great base for exploring Como and the surrounding area. The house and outside area was lovely and spacious and had all the essentials. You never get fed up of the view! Although the bathrooms looked a little tired the showers were great. The wooden staircase and wooden floor upstairs were beautiful and there was plenty of room in the built in wardrobes. The fans in the bedrooms were definitely welcome. A short walk down the paths behind the houses takes you to a reliable bus route and a great little bakery/gelato shop and a mini-mart.

The basement bedroom smelt musky, no window's we didn't use it but would be a good space for kids. Needs a little love on the outside, but overall we enjoyed our stay there. Need to water the plants.

Loved the view and outdoor entertaining area also big foldback doors let the lovely breeze in at night. Lounge very spacious, Kitchen quite small but it worked well

Just a minor point, the property could do with a bit of a revamp, wooden floors and doors made out of real and expensive wood but has not been maintained over the years. We experienced a few minor issues with the water pipes which the host explained the issues but didn't spoil at all the overall stay.

Excellent location with great view of Lago Como, great waking up experience. Overall a great property with plenty of space and all the facilities required. The host 5 stars.

We were a group of 4 guys, and only two rooms with a double beds were prepared. We were expecting that everyone would have an individual bed. The host solved the problem in 2 hours, but the process of the agreement was complicated

The host, came early one morning secretly and we found him close to the kitchen. The kitchen is falling apart, the light is flickering, the kitchen is dark and dirty, drawers and storage areas are broken. Oven is dirty. Outside every furniture has mould, the BBQ has cigarettes residuals inside and is not only rusty but has also rest of food. Upstairs is also uncomfortable specially beds. The host wanted to charge me for a lock for one of the drawers €50 (which we didn’t broke) then in the messages he insulted me as well. Giuseppe should not host, he is not ready.

There is nothing we didn't like !🤠

We loved everything about it, first our host Guseppie came over right after we checked in and explained everything about the place. We had a private safe garage, beautiful villa, amazing views.everything was perfect...only regret was that we didn't have more time.. Thank you Guseppie , you're a great host.
