What an amazing hotel. Everything was perfect. The rooms were beautifully furnished, the grounds and pool were lovely for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. The breakfast was excellent, fresh produce served by very friendly staff. Highly recommended, would love to return, probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in.

Parking was on the street, not ideal but typical for the area.

Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast served in a beautiful room. In slightly warmer weather the option to eat outdoors is available.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villino di Porporano. What a hidden gem in the backstreets of Parma! The accommodation and grounds were stunning, and staff were very attentive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Parma!

This was of astonishing quality. Everything one would want from a B&b and more. The most luxurious linen sheets, a delicious breakfast with innumerable treats, lovely garden, each piece of furniture was lovingly chosen and of the highest quality, I could go on…

They charge 6 euros per towels for the pool, and there isn't one complementary bottle of water. For a property that charges more than 200 euros a night, it is a little strange.

The villa is very beautiful with large garden and a big well maintained pool. The rooms were pretty with air conditioning and light. The breakfast was delicious and Elena was very sweet.

Perhaps a dinner option upon arrival / there is nothing near-by. Maybe bread and cheese for a fee?

Situated right on a busy road (as many traditional inns are) made my room somewhat noisy. I believe there are other quieter rooms.

Stunning property that has been beautifully and sympathetically renovated with stunning antique appointments, furniture and linens. The owner Elana and staff are so lovely and make you feel very welcome. Our room was spacious and comfortable, good water pressure in the shower and a quality amenities. Breakfast is fresh, plentiful and home made. The gardens of the villainous are really lovely and peaceful, parking is easy and it is just a short drive to get into Parma or to reach restaurants, the countryside and local sites. Very highly recommended.

Maybe it’s me not paying attention - but the area immediately around the property was more developed than expected. This was a minor thing, however.

Gorgeous property and spotless rooms. Very comfortable. Breakfast offerings and service were amazing. Suggestions for places to visit in Parma were excellent.
