We were upgraded to Villa Charme with a privat pool. The view over Lake Como was amazing. The close proximity to fine restaurants and nearby attractions was good. Indoor parking is convenient. We had a Great time and Will be back.

A very beautiful house with a scenic view over the lake, the house is beautifully decorated with comfy beds and facilities, have a nice garage , beautiful garden and swimming pool, all of us enjoyed our stay very much, have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom.

I booked Villa Mirage but was upgraded to Villa Charme that was located right next to Villa Mirage. The views where fantastic, everything was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was perfect! May be the only thing to mention, but it totally depends on the tastes, were the bedsheets separate from the duvet. We always use and prefer duvet covers.

20 out of 10! This is an absolutely stunning villa, elegant, sophisticated and high-end quality in everything. It is located in a very quite place with no noise and offers unforgettable viewers over the lake and the Alpes. Its cleaning level is 5*, it is just absolute. Beds (especially the main bedroom) are large and very comfortable with high quality visco mattresses. Bathrooms are classy and very spacious and comfortable. The host was highly professional, friendly, always available, left us water and some complimentary food as we arrived very late and gave us highly useful advices to explore the area and buy quality food. It was a wonderful stay in all senses!

The segregating of the garbage in Italy is really goofy, and I had to learn it. The drive to the house is better if you have a smaller car. There are a few stairs in the house, and that can be difficult if you have bad knees/hips.

Honestly, a great experience. The house was clean, the plumbing worked, the air conditioning worked. There is a garage for parking your car under the house. There is a laundry room with a small washer & dryer. The location is easy to get to, once you follow directions, and do the most direct road. The pool is shared with the other half of the house but it was cleaned regularly. Mara is a wonderful host, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. She was helpful with all questions and available as needed. Absolutely gorgeous views, and very well maintained property. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

I haven't huge experience of vacations in off hotels property, but would be nice to have for this villa level some fruits and water on the check in.

Fantastic place, fantastic owner. About view from the villa - amazing! Villa is very clean, with covered garage. 100% will come in our favorite list.

I didn’t like that, for such a price, the house is neglected. The furniture is broken, the walls are dirty, and two out of four air conditioners don’t work. This house needs some cosmetic renovation and a good electrician.

I liked the views of the mountains and Lake Como. The pool was clean and large, and the yard was beautiful.
