We booked the apartment the same day at 4 PM and could already check in at 5 PM. The balcony had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and the location was very close to the town center.

It is not close to a train or bus stop. So if you are relying on public transport, this may not be a good place. The 10 minute walk from the town to this place is uphill with uneven grounds,m. Not recommended, if pulling a luggage. Although, the owner is aware and makes himself available. Maybe if you message him before arriving he could meet you at the train station.

The owners are very accommodating. They even gave us a ride to the closest train station. Breakfast with the view was amazing.

Google maps doesn't recognise the backstreets so takes a very long walk along the roads to get to the property when actually it's just ten mins or so from the town when you know the short cut.

Too far up hill, you need a car. Host was kind to transport me a few times. Taxi is expensive. Halloween stuff everywhere around property, I think it's there all year! So many power switches but most not working.

The view was wonderful of Lake Como from balcony.

We booked two rooms, and the bathroom in one of the rooms had a bit of a leak. The breakfast was very poor, with no eggs and no hot water. The host was also not very friendly.

The location of the bed and breakfast is excellent, near the lake with beautiful scenery. The exterior walls of the B&B are covered with windmill jasmine, which is fragrant and lovely, making it very pleasant. There are also free parking spaces available.

Location. 20 min from train station by foot, dangerous road to go there if you come without a car. It was quite cold in the room in September, but great that we found blankets in the closet. Breakfast was included, but too much options of sweets, that didn't look very fresh, but also there were stuff to make sandwiches, fruits and yogurts so all good, thank you.

Quite a quirky B and B, very relax feel to the place. Look out for the Witch on arrival! Host gave us a quick run down of facilities, breakfast times etc and how to get to town. Room was nice (blue room) which had a ceiling fan which helped at night, good shower. Breakfast was good, lots of choice. Fresh rolls delivered that morning. Great view from balcony. Parking just down road. Easy walk to town for restaurants etc.

Spectacular views of the lake. You can walk down the hill to the village for the ferry, the beach, wine bars and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and the breakfast lovely. Home cooked fresh produce with tarts, cakes, croissants and lovely coffee.

The host wasn’t very friendly. She’s looking at you like she doesn’t want you to be the ere. However, by the end of our stay we realized that’s just how she looks, she doesn’t mean bad. Lovely place overall.

Complimentary transfer to and from station. Comfy bed. Home made cake for breakfast with fab view of lake. Footpath walk into town in 10 mins, downhill. Takes a bit longer going back up!

The host was very friendly and always served with hot tea or coffee. He also gave me very good advise of traveling in the town. The house is very nice and could have a nice view of the lake and snow mountain in the morning. Also the location is very good and close to the train station.

They were doing some construction works so sometimes we would wake early because of the drilling. Except from that everything was perfect.

The only drawback was that chairs on the patio were not particularly comfortable. We enjoyed a glass of wine every evening to watch the sunset. There are 2 tables with wooden benches facing the lake and it would be nice to have some more comfortable chairs for lounging.

The location and the view were outstanding. It was a generally quiet location with a commanding view of the lake. Most importantly to us, we could walk to town and access trails easily.
