There was no working phone at the room, just the non working device, we told the front desk and they didnt offer to fix the situation. We had mobility issues and although there is an elevator it seems is not working so a lot of stairs to get to the 1st level where elevator is located. The hotel is not really Villagio Cala Mancina, is a side building nearby called Panoramic, so we needed to walk to the time share V. Cala Mancina to enjoy the pool.

We loved the location and breakfast. The room was very nice! The view from the roof top is amazing. The front desk folks were very courteous, we accidentally left our luggage behind and they made sure it would be safe until we came back. All of them spoke English which was very helpful.

We needed help with our luggage. The outside elevator was broken and there was no one to help us up many stairs at front of hotel . This was quite a struggle in the heat. Bathroom in our room was a bit small .

Staff at front desk/ check in were lovely and friendly.. Cleaning ladies were awesome. Hotel always smelled amazing! The views were wonderful! Our room and patio we loved !

While the pool activities are energetic and contagious, it could be nice to have some more quiet moments in the pool

The villas are big and parking is perfect. You don't need to touch the car while staying at San Vito.

Disappointing morning staff at pool bar, i asked for a coffee, and female staff started getting it prepared. A small group of 3-4 guests came after me. Staff ignored my order and started serving them. I never did get my Morning coffee. I felt invisable and disappointed and went back to my apartment.

Guest relation is very friendly and helpful. Nice resort village with own pool, restarant, territory and a lot of local cats) Our recomandation due to GR advice is to visit Riserva Naturale Orientata dello Zingaro! Extreamly beautiful and worth it.

In some parts you can see that it is worn. Poor tableware. Good, but I wouldn't say it's really worth the 4 stars.

Moaning randy cats at night... Constant buzzing of the electric switch box at night, because everything else was very nice and quiet.

Great location, very quiet before the main season started (it was the week before Easter). Bungalow in area H was very nice. Great shower, but be careful with the hot water which can be extremely hot.

The pool was available only until 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to use it. It would have been great if the hours were a bit more flexible.

The location was fantastic, with a spacious room that included a balcony. The view from the window was stunning, overlooking the city skyline, mountains, and the beach. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings! There was convenient parking nearby, which made it easy to leave the car close to the accommodation.

Person at reception seemed irratated. The apartment details didn't list anything about it being ground floor, or upper floor, but it said it has a balcony, so we assumed it was upper floor. Due to language barrier, didn't even try to resolve.
