Accommodation was a bit small but saying that it was very clean and had everything we needed. Air con was great.

Lovely location, not too busy but close enough to the town. Very clean, flowers and grounds were wonderful. The pool was spotless and great fun.

mold in our caravan, spiders + spider webs, ripped wallpaper, loads of moisture for some reason ( even though we kept windows open when awake ) . The shower took ages to get hot water. barely any toilet paper. no lamps or night lights .

love the fact that you are 5 mins from the lake, loads of greenery and a well maintained playground.

The man in the recycling area who is shouting a lot and is always unhappy. Maybe due to the next point. Three different trash categories at home to be segregated, but six different categories are collected. The home is not prepared to that and there was no information in advance. Very formal and "cold" reception ladies. Beach that is the smallest and ugliest in the close surroundings. Almost everyone needs a cap in the swiming pool, but some people do not. There were days that the staff reacted but the very often the same guys did not. Probably country of origin matter, if you know what I mean.

Huge mobile home above campings standards. At least "garden mobile home". Home localization was perfect too, just between swimming pool and the beach. Own jacuzzi was perfct. Two own restaurants that allows you to spend the whole time inside the camping area. Numerous animations for children during the whole day and special events. Huge positve for young lady in glasses who had good mood to lead swimming-pool animations. Jut born to do that and she feels that perfectly. Great mood and attitude!

We didn't expect animation. Was a positive surprise, especially for my mother in law whose she never saw it. She was particularly impressed by Folkert, a member of staff who was doing aquagym. She did it twice a day for a week!

It seemed strange that you have to wear a swimming hat to use the swimming pool, and that bikes can only be hired until 8pm.

Our mobile home was a very basic one. The air-conditioning made a lot of noise so I cannot imagine visiting during summer with the ac on at night. We did not bother complaining as we switched it on only for a few minutes in the morning to warm the place up whilst getting ready Also there was only 1 ac unit in the kitchenette/living area so again not sure if it would be enough for summer months. We had to pay extra for bed linen and towels but that's OK as the price for the stay was very reasonable, however the fact that you don't even have a carpet to wipe your feet before going in is a little overboard. If I had to go again I would upgrade the mobile home as there are much nicer and more comfortable ones and possibly with a view.

The area is very nice and clean. There are 3 restaurants within the property grounds. We only tried one and the food was quite good and child friendly. There's a playground for young kids.

Great Location, by the beach, close to all shopping area, restaurants, etc and the place is well maintained, The property has a very nice restaurant by the beach, perfect to watch sunset too :) It's worth of money and it was a great experience too.

The cabin we stayed in felt very dirty. I assume it was cleaned pre-season and then not again for some months as it was very dusty. For us it was ok as we wanted to test if we felt good with camping and roughing it a little. Although we would not be happy if we payed full price for this cabin. We did meet a family staying in the newer cabins and these are lovely with a lot more space and very clean. We would most likely like to pay a bit more for the newer cabin if we were paying full price. I think I didn't read the information properly but you need to bring your own tea towel and dish cloth along with everything else for cleaning which I presume is quite normal for these kind of camping sites.

We originally booked a clamping tent and then were upgraded to the smile cabins. The cabin was one of the older ones the great things about it were there comfortable pillows and the shower worked very well. Considering how much we paid for the week we were very happy. The staff were so friendly and helpful the whole week. We loved the pool area and the kids club. It is a great place for holiday with small children as there are so many other families around. The campsite has direct access down the the lake. Also the restaurant at the pool area was really nice. With small children we didn't eat out so much so we could get takeaway pizza from the restaurant to eat at the cabin. We could also hire a pram and baby bed which helped us with. not needing to pack the car wit these things.

The evening entertainment. Every night from around 8:30pm for at least 2 hours there was 'entertainment'. This consisted of blaring music with everything from baby shark, to dance music. It was so loud that even in the accommodation with all the windows and doors shut you could hear it word for word. Completely spoilt the holiday as just when you wanted to sit and relax in the evenings, you were subjected to feeling like you were in a dance club.

Nothing had been cleaned since the last guests, rubbish, dirt and hairs strewn everything and multiple things were broken in EVERY room. I found three different types and colours of hairs just in my bed alone (also were loads in the sink), some of which looked like public hairs. There was mould and damp in the bathroom, there was rotting food in all of the bins as well as dead insects all over the floor and ceiling as well as in the actual bedding. We even found jewellery of the last guests in the middle of the floor proving that it had not even been swept. it also looked nothing like any of the pictures. When we complained the first time staff said they would send a cleaner and that there was no way to get a different room. They didn’t send a cleaner so we booked something else for the week after one night. When we went to the desk and told them we were leaving they lied and said they had sent a cleaner even though they clearly hadn’t, and also said by coincidence an upgrade was in fact now available and gaslit us saying we shouldn’t have booked another place without asking for that option first, even though we explicitly had. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We are all students who don’t have abnormally high standards for cleanliness but even we found this place DISGUSTING. We tried to request a refund through booking.com as the campsite said they had no control over refunds. Booking.com was helpful but then said the campsite had declined to give us a refund when they reached to them. We have photo evidence for all of this, DO NOT BOOK!!!
