Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe bathroom is not really comfortable. The toilet doesn't flush well.
It was the second time that we stayed at Elisena.. I was surprised to see that the park is beautiful and that some houses got a fresh look at the outside. The staff really do their best to make it a special place. The pool is always so nice, and never too many people. And above all: the view from our house is spectacular

United StatesThe rooms are basic and would fall below facilities which you can expect out of an airbnb house. The facility staff are very nice, however the management seems to be thinking 'penny wise, and pound foolish'. 1. You have to pay separately for AC, Towels etc. 2. Wifi isn't available in any of the rooms. You would be needing Wifi the most here, given there is no Cell phone signal to research for places to visit etc. as a tourist 3. Room has below average quality products such as Bathroom accessories, quality of AC 4. Facility has plenty of mosquitos and so keep sprays handy 5. There are charges for late evening check outs etc. 6. One AC on the hall wouldn't cover the Bed room 7. To pay for internal facilities you can't pay using card/cash and have to buy a separate card and load. If you book the property knowing all the watch outs, then you would enjoy. Read through all fine print of terms written and look for what's not written as well before booking.
Excellent mountain view, a typical resort feel. With our disappointments, the facility staff tried their best and upgraded us to a better room, and we are increasing the rating because of that.

United KingdomIf you are looking for a 5 stars kind of resort this is not the place. I liked the familiar atmosphere and everything we needed for our trip was available.
The location - surrounded by olive trees. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff extremely kind and helpful. There were many facilities we did not use because we only stayed for 1 night but I think it’s an ideal place for families with children. The buffet breakfast was good value for money.

Czech RepublicEverything was perfect. The owner and his son (not sure if it was his son, it was a nice young man) were really kind and helpful. We only spent one night there but everything was great, breakfast was delicious. We even got a better room with kitchen. The place and its surroundings were really clean, we loved it. Grazie mille!

LatviaNo towels in room, they sre for extra change ler each day. Pool is open only until 19.00, there has to be bought pool hats - for everyone. Tennis court very, very dirty, with no maintanance. If ball is lost, extra 5€ per each charged. Balls are old and dirty, there is light for the court, that does not work, not able to play after 19.30 (summer time). Basketball field - no balls available. Grill in the middle of cottages - for extra charge. Rooms has super thin walls, can hear all how people speak beside, how their alarm rings in mornings, how toilet is flushed. During evening in bar until midnight plays live or recorded music, that can be heard very well - no sleep. Limited reception working times.
Peacefull and relaxing location for Villa. Country side spot, with no near nabhours. Close for city and vine jards. Very friendly and helpfull bartender.

New ZealandThere were a lot of extra costs, towels for your stay are 8€ per person, we had to pay 53€ for air conditioning for 3 days (the air conditioning did not work and keep the room cool at all), you had to wear swim caps in the swimming pool (which you also had to pay for), only handle in cash so make sure you have lots

PolandWe paid for the air conditioning, but the first was only in one room; the second was symbolic as the cooling effect was minimum and surely not felt in another room. There is no clear information about room cleaning and the chances of exchanging the towel (for which one has to pay). The swimming pool was not too large, but it was quite conveniently shaped; unfortunately, in the late afternoon and in the evening, the water was covered with soot from adjacent restaurant and ovens there. Furthermore, at the bar at the swimming pool, people were allowed to smoke, so for non-smokers, it was neither pleasant to take sunbathe nor to swim. The personnel dit not practically speak English. It is the place for people with their own/rented car as the distance to the beaches (with very narrow stretches of freely available beaches only) was too far.
It is a cluster of cottages and apartments on the hillside among the olive orchards with a distant sea view. We stayed for 6 days in the second half of August in a cottage. It had two small rooms and quite a well-equipped kitchen. Overall, the place was rather comfortable. In order to get to the beach, one should take a 3-5 km ride down the hill. The complex has a nice swimming pool, but one has to check working hours carefully as it is not accessible all day long. In the neighborhood, if one has a car, there are two nice beaches and other picturesque places.
