The water pipes in the kitchen, toilet and shower were very old and not properly working. There is no nice beach around that area

The bungalow was outdated and could have been cleaner. The laundry room, which serves the entire holiday complex, had only two washing machines – not really enough. To use a machine, you need to buy a token from the reception: one load costs €3.50 if you have your own detergent, and €4.00 if you need detergent included.

Amazing pool with slides for the kids. There was also a kids' club with entertainment, but our children didn’t take part because they didn’t want to leave the pool. Plenty of poolside chairs for adults and the option to sit in the shade of the trees. Very friendly staff and convenient parking – each bungalow had its own assigned parking space. AC in the bungalow worked quite well. There were all the essential kitchen tools to cook a meal.

Very good swimming pool. Staff, especially Junior, were very cheery and helpful. Good standard accommodation. Perfect size village, not too big, not too small.

The beach ! It’s a good 10 to 15 minute walk away and they have a patch of beach with sun lounges on. It’s really quite boring and you won’t wanna spend a whole day there so it’s really the pool area.

It’s quite small friendly. It’s has a good pool area. Beds always available . The staff do some exercise classes and kids disco if you’re into that. The food in the restaurant is reasonable and tasty.

great place to come with kids (the pool is very family friendly). The rooms are a bit older and quite used, but good value for money and the outdoor space is beautiful.

The overall state was “ok”, it was a bit old and quite used, especially the cabinets which had a very distinct old smell. The bed covers were kind of unpleasant, with a scratchy blanket and a thin white sheet to place between the person and the scratchy blanket. The kitchen equipement was ok, it worked well for the most part. Fair warning - the exterior wooden shutters don’t hold well and we were 2cm from having a very expensive car damage done from the night wind (the car was parked in the designated zone under the roof). If you park right next to the house, first test the wooden shutters!!! The sea access from the back of the site was through bushes and had no beaches right next to the site. The next closest beach is quite distant from the site.

The quality vs price was good, very nice staff, super location for traveling to other towns.

The coffee at breakfast. At the bar/in the kiosk the coffee is better but is for sell of course.

Simple but comfortable house in the midst of a holiday village. Great pool with lots of space to play despite being there in peak season. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was sufficient, with enough choice for all tastes and good enough quality. Only disappointed by the coffee quality, real poor for Italy ;-) Super staff, very committed.

The bungalow was great, already cooled down when we arrived. We had a terrace, the breakfast was super and also good for lactose free diet. The kids liked the pool and we got an electric pump to repair a flat tire.

The bugalow’s kitchen appliances were really under basics… no proper dishes to cook a 4 person meal, no dishwashing liquid or sponge. But the greatest dissapointment was the lack of the sea near the accomodation, there is basically no sea, only swamp. We had to go to Grado to be able to bathe in the sea.

The private beach was very good with several programs both during the day and in the evenings.
