No air conditioner in the room. It is hard to sleep during the night. Also, there is mosquito around.

Location is perfect for beach goer, also shops, restaurants, bus/coach stops are all nearby which is very convenient for foreigners.

Great location with nice garden. Only 100m to main street with bus stop to Airport Fiumicino and Rome, but very calm. Beach is a 10 minutes walk. A few nice restaurants in walking distance. Rooms with small balcony. Bathroom is seperate, but not shared. Small cooler in room, Host Vanessa is nice and helpful. She is the only one here who speaks english. Make sure to get her WhatsApp, otherwise communicastion is difficult when you do not speak italian.

It turned out to be little expensive since it was not so easy to go to Rome. The bathroom was next to the room but not in it.

Had to go out of room to get to bathroom, which had no window and the shower tap needed to be fixed.

This is my first time going abroad. I was Lucky to choose Villa Vanessa The environment of Fregene is very good, with high vegetation coverage, tranquility, and friendly residents. Suitable for vacation and avoiding stress, I really hope to come here again in the future. As a country with the largest number of cultural heritage sites. Italy is worth visiting many times. And very enthusiastic and kind landlord Vanessa and her parents, it's nice to meet you. God bless!

I don't normally write reviews, but this place exceeded my expectations. It's a great deal for its location by the beach, bedroom accommodations, and breakfast. It was incredibly helpful to contact Lisa through WhatsApp, and she'd reply promptly with any help or advice. The family is very warm and made me feel comfortable the moment I arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough, especially for the price you pay. I will definitely stay again when I return to Italy.

the rooms weren't really soundproof as the doors are those of a normal house as opposed to those of hotel rooms. I would also have liked a little table and a couple of chairs in the room so as to sit and eat something there.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They told us which bus to take to get there and answered all our questions. The room was clean, tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was made up of a couple of homemade pies like apple pie or sponge cake and they were light and not too sweet, which was good. There was also coffee made with a Moka and milk. It was ok, even though I would personally prefer a cappuccino so maybe adding a milk frother ('montalatte') to the kitchen would add value. It was overall satisfactory unless you are a person who only eats protein for breakfast. The towels are changed every single day which is great and the bed is also made daily just like in a five-star hotel. (if I could improve something it would be the quality of the towels as they were not very absorbent ).

The washroom was in the hallway, it was private, but needed to be accessed with a key not handy, no water or fridge in the room, Also room was on the landing right next to the stairs, late arrivals & early departure of other guests made for a restless night.

The cost of Taxi from the airport is 50€, one way, 20 minutes time. If this is not a problem for you, do not hesitate to stay in this pleasant villa!

Paid for breakfast as it wasn't included in the price of the room. The idea of a breakfast is an espresso with 2 small slices of cake. Breakfast room very hot and sticky, no air-conditioning so I had to have my coffee outside where it was also hot and sticky. Not good value for the money you pay for transport from and to the airport on top of the cost of the room €100 for a 15min ride. I paid for transport more than what I paid for the room .
