We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was perfect!! The best location. Few minutes shuttle boat you then escape from the crowded and busy town to this hidden paradise. Most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. The buildings and facilities fit in the environment so well. Lovely staff. Great food. There's no a single second that i don't miss this place.

The transportation from the port to the hotel was done through their small luxury boat, and the journey was amazing. We are received at the hotel and check-in the room in very short time. The staff and the concierge were amazing and regularly follows up using WhatsApp to arrange for reservations, room service, etc.

I’ve been in total three times here but everything time you got different feeling and discover something new about the property. The location is perfect you can have the best view of Positano. The staff are friendly and nice providing all the comfort needed. Last but not the least also the restaurant serves tasty food. it’s a place to visit if you are passing by Amalfi coast

United StatesWe stayed in Turandot and our mother in law stayed in a different room right up the stairs from ours (she had a green heart key) and hers was decorated much more to our liking than ours. Turandot, the bed head board is sort of coming apart a little and was very indian inspired. I prefered our Mother in laws decor as did she.
We loved the facilities and especially the staff!! Everyone is very professional and warm. The man at the restaurant is so thoughtful and great! Breakfast and everything at Maestro's was delicious. We also love the view on the properties

Sri LankaRobbed at Villa Treville We got robbed at the hotel premises by their fish supplier. He grabbed our locked bag that the hotel staff had left at the loading bay inside the hotel premises until taxi arrived. Bag contained our passports, cash, jewelry, luxury watch and other valuables. The hotel has the audacity to blame us by saying that the bags were under our custody even though we have hotel CCTV footage of the hotel staff handling and leaving our baggage at the loading bay, pathetic. This led to extremely harrowing experiences, involving the police, attaining emergency passports from embassy in Rome, traveling back and forth from Rome to Positano, re-booking flights twice and a court case. All to end with retrieving some of our belongings but not all and some compensation from the thief, only enough to cover our legal fees. Villa Treville’s management has been shirking their responsibility, despite fervent and repeated assurances at the time of theft that they will cover all our losses and not to worry about anything. Along with unprofessional staff and management they have even managed to hire unprofessional lawyers who never answer their phone or respond to emails! The entirely shameless operation is trying to take no responsibility for the actions of their staff, caused by their lack of security, by their supplier, INSIDE THEIR PROPERTY. And not to mention duping us with a false sense of hope by their management. I’m certain there are much nicer, SAFER and better managed hotels in Positano, I’d suggest giving this one a hard pass!
Unfortunately trip was ruined by getting robbed inside the property

United KingdomLots of stairs in the property, not comfortable access to the beach platform, the cars can not arrive to the entrance, so you have to walk, absence of Turkish bath which was clearly promised by phone, rude, arrogant and unprofessional massage therapist who treats you like if you were her staff.The reception should have been more honest regarding the facilities that are not functional -I could have chosen a different property.Loud knocks at the door even when you have DO Not Disturb sign.
What was promise as a sea view was a partial sea view where you could see a sea. Very good cuisine and perfect restaurant service. Very good housekeeping.
