Very clean, comfortable, stylish and spacious room; big bathroom; excellent choice of food for breakfast, and a lovely cappuccino from the very impressive coffee-making machine. Luca & Barbara are wonderful hosts and full of useful information about visiting Monza and suggestions for eating out.

We had a very short stay because it was just a one night stop between the final destination but our experience was great . There was a party of some sort nearby but when we closed the windows you couldn't hear a sound , and the room indeed was very clean, not a single spot. Car parking option was also great with more than enough space for our SUV . The town is also close by and even though we didn't get the chance to meet our hosts, they've provided us with information all the way through our stay and were really helpful ! We will sure be back someday !

There was nothing i didn’t like. I would suggest they had a luggage rack or two. It may have had one. I just quickly looked.

Great location with the town center and shopping an easy 10 minute walk. No room key to worry about. Room was in excellent condition - very large, clean, and comfortable.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It blurs the lines between a bed and breakfast and a hotel, but this is an exceptional five-star room.

Amazingly clean apartment with everything you need. Parking also available inside the yard. Very quiet location. Everything is brand new, stylish, spotless clean!!! Breakfast was also great! Host is very helpful, suggesting restaurants or how to get to Milano etc. We had amazing stay and I would advise this location to anyone also visiting Milano. It had private parking, short walk to center of Monza, 5 minutes ride by train to the outskirts of Milano and then you just continue around Milano by metro. You avoid car traffic in Milano and can also visit beautiful Monza. Overall this place exceeded our expectations!

We staid for a few days. The room as the rest of the Hotel was very clean. CThe location is great, about 10-15min walk to the station as well as the centre. Communication with Luca & Barbara was easy and prompt. The Breakfast was great with home made bread and freshly made eggs etc to order. We would definetly stay again.

It’s around 15 minutes walk to the city center, not so far but at night it’s not great because it’s dark and isolated.

The place is very nice, modern, comfortable and clean! The room was spacious and with good WiFi. I really suggest it. There was also the opportunity to park the car (for extra money). The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they were always reachable with WhatsApp and provided help for every need.

Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.
