Great location, quick walk in to the centre of Florence. Our deluxe suite was a perfect size and very clean. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and attentive. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, this is an amazing property. Hard to believe you are in the middle of a bustling city. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved this place. The building itself is a well cared for old building with amazing period furnishings. Easy to get to, secure with coded gates, private yard with pool yet so close to all attractions and great restaurants.

Breakfast was nice and tasty, maybe a bit more fruits next time. The staff was especially friendly, 10/10 for them! The pool was absolutely heaven in +37’c weather.

Great location, walking distance to the centre, lovely room and facilities, pool was fabulous. The coffee at breakfast was some of the best I've tasted. It was B&B accommodation but still managed to feel special. Lovely atmosphere.

Great location about 15 minutes walk to everything. Quiet and less crowded than other places near the duomo. Very secluded and across the street from a small park. The breakfast and pool are both great.

The breakfast was not our favorite, the quality of the food was not there nonetheless a good selection. Few improvements could be made - some sunbeds were broken and pool/shower towels were a little old.

The location, grounds, room size, bathroom and pool where all major plus points for our stay. The staff were always friendly and on hand to help us - thank you Alice and team! The hotel is just 15 mins walk from the main area so we did everything on foot, no need for a car!! AC is 100% working, we slept most nights without as the rooms were so cool which was great for summer.

We stayed in Room 1. The only comment I would have for one small change is that a mirror is required on the desk/dresser as if one person is in the bathroom where the only mirrors are, you cant do make-up or dry hair with no other mirror.

Loved the location and the rooms and the stunning swimming pool which was very clean and quiet. The immediate communication on WA was very efficient and in person staff also lovely

Perhaps the confusion over checking in. I couldn’t call from my phone to open the front gate, so the taxi driver did it for me.

The location was incredible and the pool a relief from the heat.

This place is a true paradise. In the heart of Florence and yet feels miles away from the crowds - quier and peaceful. The pool is amazing escape from the heat and the staff is incredibly nice and helpful!

Depending on your plans, the location is a bit aside from the city centre (understandably so, it’s a villa). Also bear in mind it’s a self-service place, you do get help fast if needed though! These are not negative things at all but maybe something to keep in mind!

I felt like as a solo female traveler it was a little further away from things and made me a little nervous to walk back to at night.

Entry procedures didn’t go so well. Entry through first main door didn’t work for us or the couple that arrived shortly after us. Let in by other people staying there. Not a major issue but needs sorting out.

Beautiful property and so glad to have a pool in the scorching hot weather. Lovely staff who were a credit to the business. Excellent breakfast.

Peaceful location but all major sites easily walkable. Staff absolutely delightful and very helpful. Swimming pool wonderful and a real treat to relax in after the heat of sightseeing. Roof terrace a great asset too.

The accommodations are wonderful! The pool was a great way to cool down and relax after wandering the city. The terrace was a perfect place to take in the sunset with a glass of wine. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. The staff was kind and helpful! Alice made check out simple and called us a cab to get to the train station.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Alice was a gem. Breakfast was small but with variety, and everything was delicious. Location is excellent - quiet neighborhood very close walking distance to the center of the city. Pool has both sun and shade from trees, and the greenery and birdsong were beautiful.
