A couple of minor things: some of the lightbulbs in the bathroom were burnt out. Also, when we visited previously, they included a really great breakfast which doesn’t appear to be offered anymore. Other than that, perfect for our needs!

Lovely grand estate with lots of parking and in a great location for our purposes - 1 night stay before flying out of fiumicino. Rooms were very spacious and secure with easy access to the car for loading and unloading. Great wifi and air conditioning in the master bedroom and a very kind host. We went to a great restaurant for dinner in a nearby beach town that was full of action.

The landlords are very nice and sweet Daniela and alfredo waited for us until midnight to help us check in Our room in the 2 nd floor was very big but no lift Alfredo changed our booking and gave us a big room on the ground floor The garden outside was so relaxing spacious we spent our morning quietly between the trees I do recommand this place but you need to have a car otherwise impossible to reach

There is not enough power point as some of them do not work.

It is big villa and the owner is nice to allow us to check in early. We have a lot of luggage and the owner is so nice to change our room on the ground floor.

The house was like something out of an old fairy tale. You could feel the atmosphere of the era. The instructions were clear and concise. Everything was clean. Everything you need was there, including an iron, which many places don't have. Beautiful surroundings. The owner was friendly and welcoming.

The estate was so unique, beautiful aesthetics and very classy. We only stayed one night before leaving Italy. The room was very unique and quintessential Italian estate living.

Very natural. A lot of open space with great scenery. The hotel had an antique look with classic paintings and furniture. The host was amazing. Made you feel like at home.

Location. Fine if you have a car, however it is 3+ km to the nearest town to access restaurants, and supermarkets. Bring snacks and drinks with you or you will constantly be in your car. Bus takes about 2 hours to get into the city. Train is the best option. Laurentia Station from memory. 1.4 euros per ticket. Parking at station 1.4 euros.

A beautiful villa in spacious grounds, which is usually used as an event centre for weddings. The rooms had a feeling of beautiful old style luxury, with gorgeous art every where. We had a comfortable bed, and the room had an ensuite, and a tiny bar fridge. From here we drove an easy 23 minutes to the nearest train station, and caught the train straight to the colleseum, arriving 12 minutes later.

It was a great experience. The location of the Villa is a great choice, close to Rome and Ostia Beach. The room on the 2nd floor is amazing, has wonderful woodwork, has a great view, and it is very spacious. Good Room Service and amenities. The surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful. There are a variety of fruit trees which were available to us. The fruits were very tasty. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

the shower was a bit difficult to learn if stairs is an issue then one of the 2nd floor units would be better

Conveniently located for accesss to FCO airport. We had the 2nd floor (3rd actually) "attic" so there were several flights of stairs (with railings). The room was huge with slanted ceilings on the edges. Ventilation was good, with several air conditioners available.

The countryside villa venue and rural Landscape was beautiful. Alfrdo waited up to greet us on an unexpected late arrival. Fully equipped separate bedroom and large, for Italy, bathroom. Only slight negative-Twin beds in separate living area were a little hard. Recommend for a quiet/ private stay with many outdoor spaces to enjoy!about 30 minutes to Centro.
