Everything about our stay at Villa san michele was perfect accomodation breakfast the outside with its beautiful views of the tuscan hills the swimming pool but what made it special were the hosts Roger and Stefania without doubt the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to meet

My wife and I spent three unforgettable nights at Villa San Michelle, and it was truly the highlight of our time in Tuscany! Nestled in a charming little town near San Gimignano, this beautiful gem is lovingly run by the wonderful Stefania and Roger. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. Everything about our stay was exceptional, the rooms are elegant and comfortable, the hospitality is beyond compare, and the food... simply divine. All the food, including the olive oil and homemade jams, is lovingly prepared by Stefania herself, and you can truly taste the care and tradition in every bite. What made our stay even more special was the personal attention Stefania and Roger gave us. Every day, they took the time to help us plan our itinerary, offering thoughtful suggestions and even making restaurant reservations for us. Their warmth and dedication made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. We've stayed in many places over the years, but nothing has come close to the magic of Villa San Michelle. If you have the chance to visit their place, don’t miss it, it will be the peak of your trip.

Everything was great!

The villa is beautiful and the location very good for visiting Chianti and Siena. However, the true value of this villa and of our stay was given by the people! Stefania and Roger and everyone working with them are outstanding! Stefania helped us with execellent recommendations for dinner or cantinas to visit, she made the reservations for us and offered us valuable advice for each day's route and programme. All these services made our vacation more relaxing and added value to our days. The breakfast is outstanding as well. Every day with freshly made food with km 0 ingredients. Absolutely recommending Villa San Michele!

The bed matress is too soft and the bed is quite small for two person.

Very well kept, lovely property, clean house and clean soroundings, parking spots close to the house. Coffe, tea and bisquits available all the time, it would be a good ideea to have water available as well, as you cannot find a store nearby, especially in the evening time. The hosts are very nice and helpfull, the breakfast is also good with fresh products.

The most engaging and friendly hosts I have met for some time. Super helpful and accommodating for day trip planning. Breakfast was fantastic and served in either a great inside location or out in a spectacular garden space. Hosts booked restaurants and gave trip advice, absolutely fantastic.

Stefania and Roger were very kind, knowledgeable and caring about all of their guests and the guest experience. They were in a great location to explore the Tuscan hills if you have a vehicle with you. They know every great spot to eat as well as every great winery. Amazing place, amazing people, amazing breakfast, it was just perfect.

Stef and Roger are open, friendly and have always a good recommendation for activities, citys and restaurants. They make you feel very welcomed. The breakfast is very good, and also their wine selection. We recommend to at least stay one day at the pool and relax with a good wine in and around the pool and to end your day with a visit at the nearby restaurant.

Out stay was absolutely incredible! Thanks to amazing hosts Stef and Roger who were attentive to every single detail, providing extensive information about Tuscany, attractions, nearby cities, where to park, what to see (there was even a guide of 63 (!!!) pages about everything you might want to know about your time spent in Tuscany)! Breakfast is deeeelicious, freshly cooked and baked, room was exceptionally clean and cosy. We really recommend to book the room with the terrace - breakfast was served in our own space - very lovely. We felt absolutely amazing in the Villa San Michele and really hope to come back soon. Personal touch and care of the hosts made a huge difference.

Stefania and Roger are excellent hosts, we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Comfortable parking outside, great location if you want to explore Tuscany. The hosts were attentive and explained everything, even booked a wine tasting for us. The breakfast was delicious. We will be back!

This villa is truly exceptional. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed! The location is beautiful and convenient, the rooms are pristine and comfortable. But the most special element is the owners, Stefania and Roger. They are warm, welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations. The breakfast is all homemade, and the best we had during our trip. Absolutely everything. Stefania and Roger are the most attentive and welcoming hosts! I have seen lots of them in my love, but no one comes close to this couple. They know all the guests by name, they remember all your preferences/ allergies, they will consider your interests and will give you a tailored advice for places to visit, products to buy, roads to take! Their place is filled with love and coziness, it is squeaky clean. And what a garden they have! We can’t thank yo enough, guys and can’t wait to be back!

Oh my gosh where do we even start?! The physical property is so beautiful and impressive. Quiet, stunning, traditional yet newly upgraded with beautiful finishings. The common area is so cozy with lots of books, coffee table games, and really anything you could need to have a relaxing evening or morning with your company!

Simply everything. The hosts are delightful and most helpful in every way. From making dinner suggestions to assistance in planning our day. The property is beautiful and is located in a quiet hamlet with views of San Gimignano in the distance. Parking is easy, safe and nearby. Location is great and an easy drive to Florence, Siena and Chianti as well as most Tuscan hillside towns. There is so much to see within a 20-30 min drive and the vistas are ever changing. The breakfast is delicious and so is the service. This place is a gem!

Wonderful stay in a spotless establishment, managed by a charming couple and staff, very attentive to the needs of their guests at all times, efficient and remarkably helpful. Excellent advise on where to eat, with reservation booked by Villa San Michele, and what to see, including in Sienna and Firenze. The room was very confortable and spacious, the garden was lovely, the swimming pool was great and meticulously maintained by Roger. Excellent Breakfast with delicious pastries prepared everyday by Stefania, assisted by Sabrina, caring perfectly for the gluten-free needs of my wife. We had the impression to spend ou holidays with long distant relatives. In short, impeccable service, attention to detail and the highest standards, for a five stars experience.
