Everything was perfect with this very spacious and comfortable house. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly and polite at all times. Wonderful European breakfast and great coffee. If we needed something, the owner was always obliging.

Our room was quite dark. The walls were thin so we could hear people in the rooms next to us.

Absolutely charming villa that felt so cozy. Elvira is wonderful, kind, funny and recommended an amazing restaurant, L' Assiette Baroque. Breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommend staying here! We'll be back. ❤️

Beautiful property with an amazing host Elvira. We arrived earlier than check-in time. Elvira welcomed us and showed us to our room as it was already available. Room very spacious and clean, very comfortable beds. Beautiful pool area. Perfect location only a short walk from Noto center. Tasty and plentiful breakfast that can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace. Secure gated parking. We loved our stay here.

Great little place to stay away from central busy part of Noto but close enough to walk into centre in less than 10mins. Owner was accommodating and pointed out walking route to us. We had large downstairs room right outside of pool. Good size fridge in room. Little coffee machine in room also. Good European breakfast which we were able to eat on terrace overlooking Noto. Bonus parking on site.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Elvira & her family were very welcoming even though we arrived late due to a thunderstorm where some roads were flooded. The property is well located just a 10 minute walk to beautiful Noto. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was delicious on the terrace each morning with lovely views of Noto. The pool and gardens were lovely for relaxing. Elvira was always around and available to help. She is a wonderful hostess. We had a wonderful stay here.

Wifi not great, but that definitely meant I did less 'work' and just enjoyed being there. It's a 10 minute walk into central Noto, but you do have to be happy with going up and down hills. (Like the rest of Sicily).

This is a lovely place to stay. Elvira is insistent that she looks after you whilst you're on holiday. Not luxe, but definitely all that you need. And in a perfect location for visiting Noto. The pool is lovely.

Having stayed in noto before the location was not as atmospheric as staying in the middle of the old town.

The property is a short walk the old town and very practical. The breakfast was good and it was a very practical option. The garden and swimming pool were a real bonus. This was excellent value for money.
