Super friendly staff and very helpful. We needed to change a booking and they called from the reception for us and sorted us out. They gave us a bunch of tips for discounted activities and even opened breakfast earlier for us as we needed to leave early on departure day. Also the rooms while they are not big are super efficiently organised with exactly the furniture you need. Breakfast was very good and had a family vibe.

We loved our stay it was exceptionally clean,and had everything you need even all the toiletries provided and slippers just a lovely touch,really lovely people that run the hotel couldn’t do enough for you will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at villa Rosa! The staff were all so friendly, the room was spotless and cleaned everyday and the breakfast was exceptional. There was Aircon in the room and upon arrival we were given lots of helpful recommendations on where to visit, as it was our first time in Sirmione! Lots of restaurants nearby and a lovely gelateria opposite. There was a bus stop a couple minutes walk away to get the shuttle into the historic centre, otherwise it is about a 30 minute walk with lovely views :) We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the whole team.

Bathroom was a little dated, but it was clean and completely functional.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The owners were very helpful and recommended a lot of great things to do in the area. Our time in Sirmione was much better thanks to their recommendations. The included breakfast was also very nice. A lot of choices so there is something for everyone. Breakfast staff were very friendly and made a point to remember us and our drink orders from the day before. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool. Location was good for us, but it really depends on what you will be doing in the area. There is a cheap shuttle with regular service to the castle or pretty much anywhere else you want to go in Sirmione.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations. What made the stay exceptional was the absolutely wonderful attitude of the staff – or perhaps the owners themselves. From the first moment I felt welcome and warmly received, as if I were part of the family. Everything I asked for was handled with a smile and willingness. This is a beautiful small hotel with all the comfort you can ask for! Its family run and the owners are friendly and helpful. They provided us with detailed suggested itineraries and activities to do in Lake Garda / Sirmione, and also provided a nice breakfast with gluten free options for my sister. Overall, it was a refreshing stay.

Super nice staff with super good service, provide all sorts of information about places of interests and many good local restaurants. The room is not big but super clean. The breakfast is very good with many choices. Location is not close to the castle, but very close to the lake.

Lovely family hotel with a warm welcome, someone always available to help and guide you around the area. Room was lovely and we had a beautiful balcony and lake views. Smart TV which was a nice bonus when we chilled after exploring. We liked the area outside for a drink in the evening and breakfast was lovely for what we wanted and staff very friendly and attentive. Loved Garda, loved this hotel and great value for money.

Rooms are a bit small for very young children, not a dislike but more an observation

Lovely hotel at an excellent location. Staff are amazing and couldn't have been more helpful. My partner and I brought out 1 year old and everyone at the hotel both staff and guests made us feel like family and treated our little fell like a Prince. Would be more than delighted to return to stay here again and I'm sure I will when the little one is a bit older. This is a beautiful location with nice wine and drink everywhere you go.

Sofa in our room was a bit threadbare but suspect it will replaced during the down season. Shower cubicle very small but ok.

The breakfast selection was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming each morning and nothing was to much trouble. It really set you up for your day ahead. First class service. The hotel itself and our room was immaculate. The bed was so comfortable. The owners were so helpful giving us information on how to get around and helping us no end with a personal issue we had whilst on holiday . Would definitely recommend a stay at this wee gem of a hotel !!

We struggled to find the hotel on Google maps and ended up parking in a a public car park and walking a few minutes to find it-maybe tell future guests that it is located beside Cucina 31 which will make finding it from the car easier.

This was a delightful, friendly place to stay. The efficiency and professionalism of the sisters who own it was exceptional. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and we loved the garden room where we could relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Parking was convenient on site for a daily charge. Location was great for the small newer town and lakeside with a good choice of restaurants nearby. A brisk 20 minute walk will get you to the stunning old town of Sirmione-not to be missed.

Everything was perfect.

Diego, Laura and Patricia look after all of their guests like family. The rooms are so clean and comfortable with fresh towels daily. The hotel is just beside the shuttle bus to sirmione and straight across the road from the lake where you can hire sun loungers and swim. If you choose to walk to the old town of sirmione it is a pleasant 20 min walk. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with Laura and at night Diego made the best apresol spritz. We definitely will stay at hotel villa Rosa if we return to sirmione in the future. Thank you so much for your warmth and friendly welcome. Also for all the information and advice you shared with us to make our holiday so good.
