You cannot stay here without a car. There is nowhere to dine in walking distance and you cannot bring food or drink onto the property which makes it very difficult. They only serve breakfast and no other meals. It is expensive to get a taxi to anywhere.

We had an excellent stay in this nice villa, location is perfect close to the motorway and not so far from Pizzo downtown, breakfast was very good and all staff were lovely and helpful.

We recommend a toaster being available at breakfast so people can toast their bread.

Location was very good and quiet with nice views. Frederico was welcoming and always available to answer any questions. He was great with his suggestions and recommendations. My wife and I had a fabulous time exploring Calabria for five days and always looked forward to going back to Villa Rocca to retire to a quiet evening. Also spectacular sunsets were delivered every night.

The location meant there were no restaurants nearby And we couldn’t find anywhere to eat when we arrived. We’d eventually found a restaurant at 7.09pm and enjoyed a lovely dinner.

There is traffic noise from the nearby main roads to the north and south of the property.

Immaculate modern premises. Beautiful gardens and pool. Easy parking. Room (Junior Suite) was very well designed with kitchen facilities hidden behind wardrobe doors and two terraces - for sunrise and sunset. Brilliant views of the ocean. Staff very friendly.

This place is beautiful - like a private retreat! They have private parking which was very convenient. It’s far from the local centre if you don’t have a car but for us it was amazing.

Air Conditioning did not work so we ended up moving to another hotel.

The hotel was very nice - unfortunately we ended up not staying as the Air Conditioning did not work and move to another hotel. Hotel is not staffed after 6pm and management did not answer phone or messages sent via WhatsApp to both contact numbers until after we moved accommodations (despite the hotel contacting us via WhatsApp prior to our arrival they did not respond when we had the issues) due to AC issues. I would still recommend hotel as accommodations were very nice, but we needed AC.

The breakfast did not have a savoury selection, although the sweet options were very good.

The view is exceptional, the common areas (pool, lounging, garden) are well looked after. The property and rooms are finished to a high standard. The owner/staff are very nice and welcoming.

Beautiful location between incredibly greenery and the ocean. The owners are beautiful people and treat you like family. Pool facilities and spa. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. I can’t wait to stay again!

Small things like suppling tissues but If id ask they probaly would have go them for us. All in all it was a great place to stay and i would highly recomend them.

Air con was very loud and basically useless. We had it as cool as possible by it barely made a difference, resulting in restless nights sleep. Couldn’t use spa as it closed before we arrived. Smell of chlorine from spa wafted throughout hotel. Breakfast pretty simple but did the job. Be aware that it’s wedged between a major highway and regional road so sleeping with a door or window open not an option…..means air con must work well as per above comments.

Lovely property not that far from historic part of pizzo. We used as an overnight stop from Sicily to Positano to break up the journey.
