The air conditioning doesn't work and the bathroom smell

The property was extremely clean and had everything you might need to stay for a few nights. The area is also super quiet and residential and a short walk from all the attractions and restaurants. We also didn’t have any problem finding street parking super nearby. It costs €0,75 per hour BUT you only pay between 8am and 14.00pm, beyond that window parking within the blue lines is free.

On our first night it turned out that the previous guest took a remote from AC with them and we were not notified about it. The situation was resolved in a timely manner next day and we didn't have any other problems.

Nice property at the very Centre of Pisa. It has 3 rooms, 2 with external bathrooms and one with en suite. There is also a kitchen with all appliences and our room had an AC and a TV. Self chrck-in is available 24 hours which is great.

During showering or flushing the toilet there was a really loud noise.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was amazing, very close to center of Pisa.

Instructions were not given in advance to check in. However after calling the property, it was well advised. Well secured property.

Very spacious and gives the feeling of a home, an old vintage villa home. All utilities and facilities were there to make your own meal/ food/ tea/ coffee.

The only thing to mention was that the shower bracket was damaged so the shower head wouldn't stay where you put it. Otherwise all good.

But the place was cold! so it was uncomfortable and I will suggest to place there some things to cook, because there is an oven, a microwave, a fridge, but there are only glasses, so you cannot cook anything, you don't even have a fork or a knife. That will make the kitchen functional because it is really nice but cannot be used.

I liked that the place was clean, the coffee you can make in the machine is very good too and the location is excellent!!

The apartment had a kitchen, but it was dirty and unkempt. There was a surveillance camera in the living room, which is also unacceptable. I think this is a violation of personal boundaries.

The bathroom water pressure was really low, and it took quite a while for the water to heat up. Also, the water didn’t drain properly during showers, which was a bit inconvenient.

Had a great stay! The room was nice and spacious, with two windows bringing in plenty of light. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s a private bathroom and toilet are just outside the room, along with a shared kitchen that had everything I needed. Overall, everything was great!

“This was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed, even for a single night. From the very beginning, the experience was a disaster. The room was freezing cold on the first night, making it impossible to sleep. The electricity was only available for two hours a day, and the circuit breaker was faulty. There was no electricity at all in the room. The bathroom water was ice-cold, so taking a shower was out of the question. On top of that, the housekeeper broke my expensive perfume, denied any responsibility, and refused to compensate me. I absolutely do not recommend this place under any circumstances. To make things worse, after three days of staying, they moved me to an even worse hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!”

The apartment was great. Close to major attraction and easy to get to. Rooms were large and had small kitchen and eating area. Everything was clean and it was great to have air conditioning as we had 32 degree days.

The location is good, in a quiet area, close to the supermarket and the Tower. Living room with dining area. Equipped kitchen, you can cook if you want. I did self check in and self check out.

I could not access the property and I lost all my money with no reimbursement, despite my writing back to Booking.com to inform them of the situation. Nobody has ao far replied to me - this is very unprofessional. This is the first time that something like this happened to me. It is unacceptable to process a reservation for a property that is essentially closed and with nobody ready to assist me in any way.

The property looked non operational, empty and closed. When I arrived at the planned time (21:00), nobody opened to me and after almost an hour of failed attempts to reach a receptionist or anybody at the telephone number provided by Booking.com, I found another hotel - obviously I avoided to do it on Booking.com.
